The experiment was designed to qualify and quantify the Uracil, Hypoxanthine,Phospholipid in the blood of sika deer in different physicological period and probe into the analytic methond of HPLC. The results of experiment are as following:1. The content of Uracil in three compositions had a mighty marked discrepancy(P<0.05) in the blood of Sika deer in different physiological period, which indicated the difference of physiological period of Sika deer had a remarkable impact on the content of Uracil. The diversity of the content of Uracil between the period of hybridization and the period of anter growing was mighty marked(P<0.05) in different physiological periods, the discrepancy of the content of Uracil between the period of hybridization and the period of renewing was marked(P<0.05); there was no marked discrepancy between other physiological periods(P >0.05).2. There was no discrepancy of the content of Hypoxanthine in different physiological periods, which shew the content of Hypoxanthine in the blood of Sika deer was irrelative to physiological period.3. The content of Phospholipid has a mighty marked discrepancy (PO.01) in the blood of Sika deer in different physiological period, which indicated the difference of physiological period of Sika deer had a mighty remarkable impact on the content of Phospholipid. The discrepancy of the content of Phospholipid between the pre-period of anter growing or the period of anter growing and the period of hybridization was mighty marked(P<0.01) in different physiological periods, the discrepancy of the content of Phospholipid between the period of hybridization and the period of renewing is marked(P<0.05).The study will provide a firm theorical foundation for the development of product of deer and promote the development of farming deer.
