| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of blood-pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia and evaluate its safety,and further explore the mechanism of blood-pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia.Method:In this study,60 patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia who were confirmed as malignant solid tumor by pathological or cytological diagnosis and who developed chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia after gemcitabine and platinum-based chemotherapy were included.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received caffeic acid tablets plus puncture blood cupping,and the control group received caffeic acid tablets for 14 days.Platelet count,effective rate of platelet raising therapy,platelet recovery time,white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin count,TCM syndrome score,KPS score,liver and kidney function and other data of patients in the two groups before,during and after treatment were observed and recorded,and data were statistically analyzed by IBMSPSS26.0 software.Results:1.Baseline comparison: there were no statistical differences between the two groups in gender,age,cancer type distribution,and pre-treatment disease data(KPS score,TCM syndrome score,and CIT grade)(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.Comparison of curative effect:(1)Platelet changes: the platelet count of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group on day 7 after treatment(P<0.05),platelet level was significantly higher than that of control group on day 14 after treatment(P<0.01),and the platelet elevating effect and platelet recovery time of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).(2)White blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin: the count of white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC)and hemoglobin(HGB)in peripheral blood of the experimental group before and after treatment(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,there was no therapeutic effect on white blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin.(3)TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the face,fatigue,dizziness,purple spots,bleeding,tongue and pulse of the experimental group were improved(P<0.05),the scores of palpitation,nausea,vomiting and loss of appetite of test groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);The symptoms of purple spots and bleeding were improved in control group(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the symptom scores of complexion,fatigue,dizziness,palpitation,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,tongue and pulse in the control group(P>0.05).(4)KPS score: there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Security comparison:(1)Liver and kidney function: there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05).(2)Adverse reactions: there was 1 case of local skin stasis in the experimental group and the control group,which could be resolved by itself after symptomatic treatment.The control group had 1 case of small blisters,which could be absorbed by itself without special treatment.No adverse reactions such as fainting needle,fainting pot,local skin rupture,infection and erosion were observed.Conclusion:1.blood-pricking and cupping therapy can effectively treat tumor chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopelia,rapidly and effectively improve platelet count,shorten platelet recovery time,and is superior to caffeic acid tablets alone.2.blood-pricking and cupping therapy can effectively improve the complexion,fatigue,dizziness,purple spots,bleeding,tongue,pulse and other symptoms of patients with tumor chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia.Acupuncture blood-pricking and cupping therapy of ganshu and pishu has a bidirectional regulating effect of reinforcing deficiency and purging accumulation,enhancing body immunity,and improving the quality of life of cancer patients.3.blood-pricking and cupping therapy has good safety in clinical application. |
