Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Types Of Unstable Angina Pectoris And CAG Results And Blood Lipid Levels

Purpose:Through to collect the basic information of the patients,four diagnostic data,the CAG results,lipid levels and other relevant data,analysis of the TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease unstable angina and the CAG results and the correlation of blood lipid level and other factors,thus provide the basis for TCM prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina.Methods:Collected in February 2016-June 2016 shengjing hospital affiliated to medical university in China cardiology,122 cases of hospital admissions,conducted before the CAG examination of traditional Chinese medicine,by taking on an empty stomach forearm venous plasma,determination of TG,TC,HDL,LDL values,according to coronary artery disease in Gensini score calculation,using statistical software analysis the correlation of different between different TCM syndrome types.Results:1,The average age of women is more than the average age of the male,was statistically significant;2,Frequency distribution of various risk factors,in turn,is high blood pressure > > alcohol >smoking lipid metabolic abnormalities > diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance;3,Empirical Gensini score average > Gensini score average deficiency syndrome group,blood stasis resistance in patients with Gensini score average type significantly greater than the other group of patients with Gensini score average,P < 0.05,there is statistical significance;4,Phlegm obstruction heart vein blood lipid levels in patients with significantly higher than other syndrome types of patients,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1,Unstable angina,happens in the elderly,number of men more than women,and as the growth of the age,number of female patients increased gradually;2,Unstable angina onset risk factors from high to low in order,high blood pressure,smoking,drinking alcohol,lipid metabolic abnormalities,diabetes,or abnormal glucose tolerance;3,Empirical group of patients with unstable angina coronary artery lesion severity is deficiency syndrome group of patients with coronary artery lesion severity,blood stasis resistance in patients with coronary artery lesions was significantly larger than the other five groups;4,Phlegm obstruction in patients with unstable angina heart vein blood lipid levels in patients with the highest.
