Objective: To study the relationship between clinical classification and angiography findings, syndrome tape of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC) in unstable angina pectoris. Method: 145 patients with unstable angina were divided into 3 groups according to the clinical classification standard and different TMC syndrome types, received coronary arteriography(CAG),The pathological changes among groups were compared and assessed by Gensini integral method. Results: The coronary lesion score in high risk group is higher than those two groups (P =0.000). It is shown that the unstable angina clinical classification has corellation with coronary lesion score, while There were differences in unstable angina clinical classification, Gensini score, number of coronary artery lesion between TMC syndrome groups (P<0.05). The coronary Gensini score in phlegm turbid syndrome group is higher than other groups and three artery lesion were the most in the group; Conclusions: The unstable angina clinical classification and syndrome tape of Traditional Chinese Medicine correlates with the coronary lesion degree.
