Meta Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Curative Effect Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:Meta analysis method was used to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),so as to provide a reliable basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.Methods:According to the retrieval terms,the retrieval strategy is formulated,and the electronic database and manual literature retrieval are used to conduct literature retrieval on CNKI,COJ,VIP,PubMed and Cochrane Library,the retrieval range is set to be from the establishment of the database to December 2019,the literature type is a randomized controlled trial of Chinese medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),then,the retrieved documents are imported into EndNoteX9 document management software to eliminate duplicate documents,and the documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are extracted,using Cochrane risk bias assessment tool to evaluate the quality of literature,using Review Manager 5.3 software,meta analysis was carried out on the six outcome indicators of TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score after treatment,improvement of angina symptoms,improvement of ECG,cessation rate of nitroglycerin and clinical efficacy,and forest map and funnel map were drawn.Results:A total of 269 related literatures were retrieved,and 39 articles were finally included.A total of 3082 subjects were included in the study,including 1547 cases in the treatment group and 1535 cases in the control group.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that of simple conventional western medicine treatment group,OR=3.35,95%CI=[2.43,4.61],P<0.00001.The scores of TCM syndrome in TCM combined with conventional western medicine treatment group were lower than those in conventional western medicine group,MD=-4.42,95%CI=[-6.12,-2.72],P<0.00001.The improvement of angina pectoris symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that of the simple conventional western medicine treatment group,OR=3.57,950-10 CI=[2.68,4.77],P<0.00001.The improvement of ECG in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that in the simple western medicine treatment group,OR=2.34,95%CI=[1.87,2.91],P<0.00001.The stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that of the simple conventional western medicine treatment group,OR=2.37,95%CI=[1.68,3.33],P<0.00001.The clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that of the simple conventional western medicine treatment group,OR=3.85,95%CI=[2.50,5.94],P<0.00001.Results of publication bias analysis:funnel diagram of TCM syndrome efficacy and ECG improvement was not completely symmetrical,suggesting that publication bias might exist;funnel diagram of TCM syndrome score,improvement of angina symptoms,stopping and reducing rate of nitroglycerin and clinical efficacy were basically symmetrical,indicating no obvious bias.Results of sensitivity analysis:in each index,excluding any study had no significant impact on the research results,P<0.001,with statistical significance.The results of meta-analysis were stable and reliable.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).It can improve the symptoms of TCM,angina pectoris,ECG and the stopping rate of nitroglycerin,and improve the overall clinical effect.
