Purpose:To discuss the early arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament combined repair of three degree posteromedial complex injury with limited incision. And early rehabilitation training system to observe the clinical efficacy.Material and method:Collected in January 2015 to October 2016 in the Department of orthopedics of Shenyang hospital treated 33 cases of Schenck III M type of multiple knee ligament injury patients, arthroscopic contralateral autogenous semitendinosus and gracilis muscle reconstruction by surgical method of posterior cruciate ligament, the ipsilateral autologous semitendinosus reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament, the medial posterior composite structure stitch rivet or non absorbable suture repair injury.Early rehabilitation training was carried out.During the follow-up,the objective function was assessed according to the measurement of the hip circumference and the joint activity, and the subjective function was evaluated by Lysholm,IKDC and HSS criteria. Results:The 33 cases of patients with 4 cases were lost, the remaining 29 cases were followed up,the follow-up rate was 87.87%.The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 15 months, the average follow-up time(12.12±1.56)months follow-up incision healed,no joint infection and other complications.Self reported daily activities were good, and knee stability was significantly enhanced.Drawer test,Lachman test and lateral stress test results. The imaging evaluation of the last follow-up showed that the X-ray and mini plate fixation of knee joint were good,no loosening, displacement,no expansion of the bone.Comparison of preoperative and final follow-up of the affected side of the hip circumference and joint activity was statistically significant, compared with preoperative and final follow-up of patients with Lysholm score,IKDC score,HSS score was statistically significant. Conclusion:Early treatment under the arthroscope knee ligament damage is an effective, feasible operation method.Patients with intraoperative according to individual condition, selection of effective and fast operation strategy for individualized reconstruction, assuring accuracy of operation at the same time, shorten the operation time, reduce the operation risk, good recovery of joint stability and range.
