Study On The Rule Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Purpose:For further study and drug law treatment of acute gouty arthritis syndrome,the traditional Chinese medicine in recent years in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of the retrieval,induction,summary,so that the traditional Chinese medicine better clinical application.Method:Seraching in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP journals database.Retrieval the clinical research on acute gouty arthritis which treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and published from January 2010 to November 2016.And classified those literatures according to the standard,then summarized from the common clinical syndromes,the treatment methods and the traditional Chinese medicine drugs.Results:Through the statistical analysis the common syndromes of acute gouty arthritis is the syndrome of humid-heat,syndrome of phlegm heat,obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis and other syndromes.The frequency of each type were 84.72%,7.17%,4.43%,3.68%.The treatment are heat-clearing damp-drying therapy,heat clearing and detoxicating,removing phlegm and blood stasis and other treatments.Various types of medicine frequency:heat-clearing drugs 26.86%;diuretics for eliminating dampness 23.68%;dissipating blood stasis drugs 13.83%,rheumatism medicine 12%;other drugs 23.63%.Heat-clearing drugs including antipyretic-detoxicate drugs 43.36%,antipyretic drying dampness medicine25.27%,heat-clearing to cool blood drugs 17.73%,11.63% eliminating heat and purging fire;heat clearing drug 2.02%.Dampness drugs into the water swelling diuresis medicine,and the frequencies are 64.33%,28.80%,6.86%.Blood stasis covering 21.15% of broken blood activating blood to relieve pain,eliminating drugs and blood drug treatment accounted for4.02% and 3.10%.For dispelling rheumatism medicine the frequencies are 52.72%,46.48%,0.80%.Conclusion : Through the statistical analysis the common syndromes of acute gouty arthritis is the syndrome of humid-heat,syndrome of phlegm heat,obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.The treatment are heat-clearing damp-drying therapy,heat clearing anddetoxicating,removing phlegm and blood stasis.In the cold,flat and temperature of the majority,and the most acute exacerbation of disease to toxic heat evil invasion of the body;in medicine,sweet medicine mostly,while not forgetting that Quxie righting,protecting the fundamental;in the high frequency of drug Meridian on the liver,kidney,stomach,spleen by the majority,that the disease is in the incidence of limb joints,but the underlying disease in the liver,kidney,spleen and stomach.The syndrome of humid-heat high-frequency drugs are: phellodendron,coix seed,Atractylodes rhizome,Achyranthes,tuckahoe,liquorice,Rhizoma Dioscoreae hypoglaueae,Rhizoma alismatis,radix paeoniae rubra,Radix Clematidis.Syndrome of phlegm heat drugs: coix seed,honeysuckle,radix,Poria,Atractylodes rhizome,phellodendron,Radix Angelicae sinensis,radix paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Glycyrrhizae.Obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis drugs: licorice,Achyranthes,Poria,Alisma,Poria,Atractylodes rhizome,coix seed,Atractylodes,Rhizoma Dioscoreae hypoglaueae,angelica.
