| Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine “xiaoshui” on the treatment of malignant ascites by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant ascites.To explore the method of intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin and cisplatin in the treatment of ascites,abdominal circumference,24 h urine,ascites physical and chemical indexes,adverse reactions and other aspects of the situation,as well as the role of improving the quality of life for the future treatment of malignant ascites clinical evidence to provide evidence-based basis.Methods:Observation of Anhui provincial hospital of Chinese medicine department in January 2015 to December 2016 admitted to patients with malignant ascites,45 patients who were enrolled in the study were randomly allocated into treatment group(n=23)and control group(n=22).The patients were randomly allocated into treatment group(n=23)and control group(n=22).The patients of the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine“xiaoshui”ontophoresis combine with cisplatin peritoneal perfusion,and the control group was treated with cisplatin intraperitoneal chemotherapy,two weeks for a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the patients' ascites,24-hour urine volume,abdominal circumference,adverse reactions,clinical symptoms and quality of life were analyzed.Statistical analysis was used to obtain the final clinical effect.Results:1.Ascites efficacy indicators:the treatment group completely relieved 2people,part of the relief of 17 people,stable 3 people,deterioration 1 people,the effective rate of 83%;control group completely alleviate 2 people,part of the relief of7 people,stable 5 people,deterioration 8 people,the effective rate was 41%,the two groups were more effective than the control group,c2= 9.63,P<0.05,the two groups were significantly different,suggesting that the use of this method than the simple cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion effect is more prominent.In the two groups,the ascites rate was 94.53±18.91 mm before treatment and 67.17±12.44 mm after treatment.Before treatment,89.91±20.28 mm before treatment,79.09±23.45 mm after treatment.After the t test analysis obtained P<0.05,the two groups were statistically significant differences,manifesting that the treatment group ascites reduced than the control group was obvious.2.Abdominal circumference:the abdominal circumference of the two groups decreased after treatment,the treatment group before treatment abdominal circumference was 98.87±7.11 cm,after treatment abdominal circumference was66±12.74cm;control group abdominal treatment before the 106.91±13.01 cm,After treatment,abdominal circumference was 90.86±10.97 cm.After the two groups of treatment by t test P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,the results suggest that the treatment group abdominal circumference was decreased significantly.3.24 h urine volume:two groups of urine output after treatment have varying degrees of increase in the treatment group before treatment urine output was361.3±125.02 m L,urine volume after treatment was 723.48±163.81 m L;control group before treatment urine output was 358.64±96.53 m L,after treatment,urine output was608.64±140.08 m L.According to the statistical analysis,t=2.52,P<0.05,the two groups in the urine volume are significant differences,the results suggest that the treatment group after treatment increased urine than the control group increased significantly.4.The tumor index:in the treatment group,the tumor index decreased 8 people,stable13 people,increased 2 people,the improvement rate was 91%;the control group decreased 3 people,stable 10 people,increased 9,the improvement rate was 59%c 2=6.32,P<0.05,the two groups of ascites index was statistically significant,the treatment group contrasted with the control group was decreased significantly.5.Clinical symptoms:clinical symptoms score from the bloating,weight loss,diet,sleep four aspects of the composition of the two groups of patients after treatment.The symptoms of the treatment group prior treatment was 29.70±5.55,after treatment was20.40±3.70;the control group was 27.05±5.67 before treatment,after treatment was23.35±4.27.According to the statistical analysis,t=2.48,P<0.05,the two groups were significantly different,the treatment group than the control group improved clinical symptoms.6.The quality of life changes:the treatment group increased 8 people,stable 14 people,reduced 1 people,the improvement rate of 96%;control group increased 4people,stable 12 people,reduced 6 people,the improvement rate of 72%.The chi-square test showed that c 2=7.68,P<0.05,the two groups were statistically significant differences,the results showed that the treatment group pretherapy and post-treatment quality of life was significantly higher than the control group.Contrasted with the control group,the treatment group increased 7people,stable 14 people,decreased 3 people,the improvement rate was 91%;the control group increased 3 people,stable 8 people,reduced 11 people,the improvement rate was 50%,c 2=7.73,P<0.05,there were different statistically significant between the two groups,the treatment group than control group improved quality of life.7.Adverse reactions:the two groups of patients in the safety aspects of no significant difference,only part of the mild bone marrow suppression,rash,fever and other adverse reactions,no longer appear after stopping.Conclusion:1.The effect of intraperitoneal injection of traditional Chinese medicine“xiaoshui”combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant ascites.2.Traditional Chinese medicine“xiaoshui”iontophoresis combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion group in diet,sleep,abdominal distension,weight loss and other aspects than the control group improved;3.Chinese medicine“xiaoshui”iontophoresis combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion group in abdominal circumference,compared with the control group decreased significantly;urine volume,compared with the control group increased.4.The quality of life of Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group;5.Traditional Chinese medicine“xiaoshui”iontophoresis combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion group has no obvious adverse reactions in the safety,and the cost is low. |
