Purpose:In this study,meta-analysis of objective evaluation of the use of heat and blood circulation treatment of coronary heart disease,unstable angina pectoris clinical efficacy for the promotion of heat and blood medicine in the clinical application of evidence-based medical basis.Method:According to the development of scientific search strategy,strictly limit the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the use of electronic computer search or manual search method to retrieve the database began to be established in October 2016 published during the use of heat and blood circulation treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina And the Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.Meta-analysis and heterogeneity test were used to collect the data contained in the collected literature through systematic review softwar.Results:A total of 19 literatures were included in the study,published in 2004-2016,a total of 1576 patients.According to Meta analysis,the improvement of clinical angina pectoris was OR = 3.65,95% CI [2.70 4.93],P <0.00001;improvement of clinical TCM syndrome OR = 4.29,95% CI [2.66 6.92],P <0.00001;Electrocardiogram improvement OR = 2.53,95% CI [1.81 3.53],P <0.00001;clinical C-reactive protein improvement WMD =-1.53,95% CI [-2.35,-0.72],P = 0.0002;clinical total cholesterol improvement WMD =-0.65,95% CI [-1.16-0.14],P = 0.01;Low-density lipoprotein improvement WMD =-0.31,95% CI [-0.52-0.09],P = 0.005.Conclusion:Application of heat and blood circulation treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina can effectively alleviate the symptoms of clinical angina,improve TCM syndrome,improve the performance of ECG,reduce serum levels of inflammation and blood lipid levels,the clinical efficacy of the exact treatment of coronary heart disease instability Angina has a promising choice.
