Purpose:Based on the previous study,liver meridian area infrared specificity and hemodynamic parameters of portal vein and related relation of basic biomedical kidney meridian specific point step Gallery reflect specific conditions.According to the "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion:" KI22......Foot Shao Yin pulse Qi sends......",combined with traditional Chinese medicine "hepatorenal homologous,theoretical basis of alternate energy and blood",with the liver anatomy,histology and anatomy will be combined with mature detection technology;clinical recognized(Doppler ultrasound),innovatively adopts the method of low frequency ultrasonic detection of fixed vertical point.According to local acupoint specific manifestations of liver,viscera and tissue structure of acupoint effect of acupoint functional status under the detection rate of change;biomedical clarifies acupoint sensitization effect,a comprehensive analysis of the clinical effect of meridian effect reflect the special conditions for traditional Chinese medicine,hepatorenal homologous theory complements the relevant scientific evidence.Material and method: Methods a total of 127 hospitalized patients(71 pulmonary tuberculosis patients,35 liver cirrhosis patients and 21 fatty liver patients)were selected from the infectious diseases department of the Sixth People's Hospital of Benxi in January 2015 August-2015.In addition,45 healthy volunteers who had no history of liver disease or tuberculosis were included in the healthy control group(there were no clinical symptoms or signs,pathological examination,normal liver function and normal serology).Using the production of GE730 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,ultrasonic detection technology using low frequency fixed vertical comparison of different pathological state of subjects and healthy volunteers(172 cases)in liver meridian(KI22)corresponding to deep liver anatomical structure classification and detection rate of change.At the same time to collect subjects at the first hepatic portal vein bifurcation before 1cm location of portal vein blood vessel diameter(DPV),the average blood flow velocity(VPV)data records,and according to the formula(CI= ?*(D/2)2/v)calculated the subjects of portal vein congestion index(CI).Data were stratified according to the different pathological mechanisms of liverdamage in the subjects.The use of statistical methods for analysis of subjects in the liver tissue morphology changes and hemodynamic data points change kidney step gallery.The experimental data using SPSS 17 statistical software processing,random count data using chi square test,standard deviation measurement data(?x±s)said that the two samples were compared using independent samples t test,do not belong to the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance data using non parametric test.The statistical test results for P less than 0.05 had statistical significance,P > 0.05 is not statistically significant.Results: 1.Comparison of hemodynamics of portal vein The statistical results of hemodynamic parameters showed that the CI in liver disease group(cirrhosis group and fatty liver group)was 0.08 and reached the standard of portal hypertension.The CI in tuberculosis group and healthy group was 0.08.No clinically significant.The DPV and CI in the liver disease group increased,and the VPV value decreased.Compared with the healthy group and the pulmonary tuberculosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the healthy group,the mean of DPV and CI increased and the mean of VPV decreased in the tuberculosis group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It suggests that the liver under different pathological conditions has special hemodynamic characteristics.2.Comparison of Histomorphology in KI22 Disease group(pulmonary tuberculosis group,liver cirrhosis group,fatty liver group)and healthy control group comparison results showed that the portal vein sagittal part detection rate increased;the detection rate of lung decreased,both were statistically significant(P < 0.05),portal vein and portal vein around the sagittal part bifurcation detection rate increased.The detection rate of right and left bifurcation of portal vein in pulmonary tuberculosis group was higher than that in cirrhosis group and fatty liver group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the liver tissue of the disease group and the healthy group,compared with the liver lesion group,showed different liver tissue structure and morphological changes.3.Statistical comparison of the detection rates of sagittal section of portal vein in different congestion of portal vein The detection rate of sagittal section of portal vein in portal vein pressure group under different pathological conditions: group of fatty liver > pulmonary tuberculosis group > cirrhosis group,the result has statistical difference(P < 0.05).The detection rate of sagittal section of portal vein in portal hypertension group and liver cirrhosis group was higher than that in portal vein pressure group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the pathological changes of portal vein blood stasis will cause the change of the tissue structure under the KI22.Conclusion: 1.the change of deep anatomic structure of acupoints under different pathological conditions is one of the key internal factors causing the phenomenon of acupoint sensitization.2.different pathological state of liver can lead to different changes the tissue structure of KI22 in kidney channel.It is suggested that the increase of portal hypertension or displacement of liver shape leads to higher sagittal structure of portal vein during the change of liver environment.Confirmed liver in hepatic or extrahepatic disease in various pathological mechanisms in different stages can be revealed by different external manifestations of acupoint effect,embodies the Chinese medicine "hepatorenal homologous,theory of alternate energy and blood",provide a scientific experimental basis for the effect of acupoints reflect disease.
