Objective:Study on the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the model animal of joint contracture Method:48 Wistar rats,weighing between 180 ±20 g,were fed with normal diet for one week.According to the digital random method,the experimental animals were divided into normal control group and model group(model group was divided into model control group and three intervention group).The model group was treated with Nagai method to fix the right knee joint contracture model for 3weeks.36 model control groups were used to identify the model of joint contracture.Different intervention methods were used to measure the ROM,PS,ED,RI,PI.After the intervention,muscle and synovium tissues were taken and HE staining was performed on these tissues.Result:1.In the model group,the articular space was clearly narrow,the articular surface was not smooth,the osteophyte was formed and the subchondral bone was sclerotic.In the model control group,the left knee joint ROM was limited and the local tissue was changed,so the model of joint contracture was established successfully.2.The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention had good curative effect on the model animal model of joint contracture,and this nursing method could improve the muscle tissue.But it has little effect on synovial tissue.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the blood flow of femoral artery of knee joint contracture,increase the peak systolic blood flow velocity of the artery and end diastolic blood flow velocity EDV,and effectively reduce the resistance index(RI),stroke.Conclusion: comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention method can improve the joint motion of the model animal model of joint contracture.Partial tissue structure and regional arterial blood flow have good curative effect. |
