Purpose:The subjects of the acupuncture Yanglingquan meridians, non acupoint and non acupoint acupuncture meridian;correlation between transmission intensity and peripheral blood perfusion through the analysis,to explore the factors of meridian transmission effect and the influence of science.Material and method:(1)Recruited subjects were recruited by publishing recruitment advertisements, and a total of 53 subjects met the inclusion criteria were recruited by screening.(2)In the subjects of the "Yanglingquan" meridians, non acupoint and non acupoint acupuncture, acupuncture at different positions to be 48 hour interval.Acupuncture was performed by the same doctor who had many years of clinical experience. The needle after the needle, appeared the phenomenon of gas after 60 seconds to do.Subjects were asked to point out the transmission in real time, including changes in range or transmission distance, and recorded.(3)Using moor FLPI-2 laser speckle imaging acquisition system, subjects zuqiaoyin, creek, zulinqi, skin perfusion Qiuxu point, and through professional analysis software moor FLPI-2 Review V4.0 according to the selected flow mean self region-ROI value analysis.(4)The data using the mathematical method of SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, all results using the mean standard deviation(S)method was expressed by variance analysis method to carry on the overall evaluation, followed by quantitative transmission by rank and inspection,P<0.05 said to have significant difference.Results:1.Disease group and health group, acupuncturing GB34,meridian sensation exciting degree were better than non meridian points group, with statistical significance of P<0.05 disease group;acupuncture Yanglingquan point II,III infection incidence of the same 45% healthy group III high incidence rate was 50%,disease group and healthy group acupuncture meridians and non acupoint when II transmission incidence were higher respectively 60%,50%.2.Acupuncture GB34,positive correlation between changes in all of the subjects of the foot sensation strength and body and blood perfusion, the correlation coefficient is P<0.05.High sense of disease group and observation acupoint needle perfusion had no obvious correlation with P>0.05;healthy group transmission and observation point in the foot orifice and Qiuxu point out the needle hole after perfusion was positively correlation between P<0.05.When acupuncture at the meridian point, all the subjects observed the intensity of the acupoint transmission has no significant correlation with the changes of blood flow, the correlation coefficient was P>0.05.There was no significant correlation between the high sensitivity of the disease group and the healthy group and the amount of blood flow after the injection of P>0.05.3.Acupuncture GB34,disease group, low sense of high sense came after the needle point observation of blood perfusion, was not statistically significant P>0.05;low and high sense of health group came after the needle point observation and Qiuxu point and foot orifice blood perfusion,P<0.05 was statistically significant. No significant difference was observed in the blood flow between the disease group and the healthy group after the low acupoint transmission and the high sensation after the needle injection,P>0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture Yanglingquan has a moderating effect on distal limb perfusion, and meridian excitation influences, and reflects the specificity of acupoints.2.After the transmission effect of Yanglingquan on sensitive degree of state of viscera function.
