Purpose:In this study, patients with complete spinal cord as the research carrier,in healthy subjects as control group, acupuncture Yanglingquan points to different state of distal limb meridian transmission effect phenomenon and blood perfusion, explore the high central meridian on acupuncture Yanglingquan effect and mechanism of circulation after the transmission of the.Method: The subjects of this study were divided into two groups: the observation group(the patients with complete spinal cord transection)and the control group(healthy person). The patients in the observation group were from the Shengjing Hospital,Shenbei New Area branch of the complete transection of the spinal cord patients,a total of 17 people,including13 men,4 women. In the course of the study, the observation group dropped 4 cases due to different reasons, and finally completed 13 cases. The control group subjects were from Shenyang Normal University,a total of 25 people. Methods: Acupuncture Yanglingquan meridians, three of the subjects by the same doctor in the study of the non acupoint(Waiqiu and bright point)and non acupoints(midpoint and mound Yanglingquan acupuncture(acupuncture)of Bank of China needle for 60s),every two time intervals to experiment less for 48 hours.Observation index: part of this study is located in the back of the foot, zuqiaoyin Creek, zulinqi and Qiuxu point four, application of laser speckle imaging system(MOOR FLPI-2)were observed and recorded under four observation acupuncture one minute, one minute needle and the needle blood perfusion after minute;instant inquiry records of subjects in the sense of transmission line.Analysis methods: analysis and comparison of the observation group and the control group in each group in the same acupuncture group under different observation points before and after perfusion and the same observation points in the blood perfusion of different acupuncture group change(needle needle-before the needle,a needle-before the comparison analysis);the observation group and the control group respectively by adjusting observation point Yanglingquan blood perfusion effect. All the subjects were informed of the relevant information before the experiment and signed the informed consent.Results:1 Changes in blood perfusion1.1 Spinal cord transection group:Blood perfusion in spinal cord transection group do the overall upward trend, the end of the needle during needle decreased, the needle into the needle is lower than before, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The same 1.1.1 acupuncture group, compared blood perfusion before and after acupuncture in its different observation points: Acupuncture Yanglingquan meridians group, non acupoint group and non acupoint group by foot orifice hole, man hole, zulinqi points and Qiuxu point acupuncture before and after acupuncture needle, blood perfusion were compared no statistical significance(P>0.05);1.1.2 The same observation point, the blood perfusion of different acupuncture groups to change the amount of comparison: foot orifice hole, man hole, zulinqi points and Qiuxu point in Yanglingquan meridians group, non acupoint group and non acupoint group three group received needle-before the needle,a needle-perfusion needle the change between the amount of the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)1.2 Healthy group:Blood perfusion of healthy people in the group do the overall upward trend, the end of the needle during needle decreased after needling Yanglingquan group was higher than that before the needle, with statistical significance(P<0.05),non acupoint group and meridian acupoint group was lower than that of the needle before the needle, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).The same 1.2.1 acupuncture group, compared blood perfusion before and after acupuncture at different observation points: their blood perfusion Yanglingquan group four observation points before the needle and the needle, the needle compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Non meridian acupoint group and non acupoint group: foot meridians before the needle and the needle body and the needle, blood perfusion was not statistically significant(P>0.05);man hole before the needle and the needle in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),the needle before and after needling was not statistically significant(P>0.05);zulinqi points before the needle and the needle in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),the needle before and after needling was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Qiuxu point before the needle and the needle in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),before the needle and the needle after perfusion were no statistical significance(P>0.05);non acupoint group foot before the needle and the needle hole orifices in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),the needle before and after needling was not statistically significant(P>0.05);man hole before the needle and the needle,a needle perfusion comparison No statistical significance(P>0.05);zulinqi points before the needle and the needle in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),the needle before and after needling was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Qiuxu point before the needle and the needle in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),before the needle and the needle after comparison no statistical significance(P>0.05).1.2.2 The same observation point, the blood perfusion of different acupuncture groups to change the amount of comparison: foot orifice,Huiyin man hole, zulinqi points and Qiuxu point four observation point in Yanglingquan group, non acupoint group and meridian acupoint group respectively in the three groups before the needle and needle-the needle into the needle-blood perfusion before the change in the amount of Yanglingquan group and non acupoint group and non meridian meridian acupoint group were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Sense transmission2.1 Healthy people Transmission: Yanglingquan were 24 cases, accounted for 96% of all the meridians;meridians acupuncture non acupoint: sensation were 20 cases, accounted for 80% of all meridians;acupuncture non acupoint: the sensation was 21 cases, accounting for 84%,of which 1 cases of suspected gallbladder,20 cases suspected stomach or unknown transmission.2.2 Patients with complete spinal cord transection Acupuncture Yanglingquan, meridians and non acupoint and non acupoint of patients had no subjective feeling,no subjective sensation.Conclusion:1 The effect of acupuncture on the transverse channel of the spinal cord.2 The superior center participates in the essential process of meridian transmission and plays an important role in regulating the amount of blood flow.
