The Qiang Xin Tong Mai Decoction Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:to observe the Qiang Xin Tong Mai Decoction combined conventional western medicine treatment clinical curative effect for the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure.Methods: Choose accord with standard of this study, a total of 60 patients with heart failure, these cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group(30 cases) drugs given conventional western medicine treatment for heart failure, the experimental group(30 cases) on the basis of add Qiang Xin Tong Mai Decoction, daily dose, treatment period for 14 days, the two groups to observe the group of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, TCM syndrome curative effect,NYHA heart function classification, hf plasma BNP levels and heart color doppler index(LVEDD, LVEF, E/A) change, and the corresponding statistical methods further analysis to determine the results.Results: the experimental group score can significantly improve the patients' TCM syndrome,heart function NYHA classification, reduce plasma BNP levels, improve the patients' LVEDD, LVEF and E/A heart color doppler index, and its curative effect and the control group had significant difference.Conclusion: on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy combined with the Qiang Xin Tong Mai Decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms and signs in patients with congestive heart failure,improve heart function of patients,and the effect is better than pure western medicine routine treatment.
