| Background:Gynecological laparoendoscopic single-site surgery is a new minimally invasive technique,usually taking the umbilical as its single access,making the cut invisible.Nowadays,this approach is mostly applied into ovarian cystectomy,myomectomy,and adnexectomy.There are different opinions on cosmetic and pain relief effect caused by LESS among domestic and international researches.What’s more,the domestic researches lacked objective cosmetic score system like Body Image Questionnaire,which made their results unreliable.Objectives:To investigate clinical outcome of laparoendoscopic single-site compared with traditional multi—port in treatment of ovarian cystectomy.Method:Retrospectively collected data of 43 patients with ovarian cystectomy from January 2016 to April 2017,the single—site group(n=22)and the multi—port group(n=21)in Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Analyze and compare the outcome of laparoscopic single-site and multi—port ovarian cystectomy,including:postoperative fever,operation time,blood loss,surgical complications,postoperative pain score,postoperative analgesic requirements,Body image scale and Cosmetic score,length of hospital stay,postoperative recovery and total cost.Results:No difference was found in complications,postoperative fever,blood loss,postoperative pain score,Postoperative analgesic requirements,Body image scale,length of hospital stay,and total cost between the two groups(P>0.05).Operation time was(47.27±17.57)minute in single-site group and(36.9±12.79)minute in multi—port group.Cosmetic score was(22.45±3.02)in single-site group and(17.29±2.53)minute in multi—port group.These two clinical parameters were statistical difference(all P>0.05)。Conculsions:Laparoendoscopic single-site ovarian cystectomy is feasible、safe.Although it can’t relieve the postoperative pian,it do offer a higher cosmetic effect. |
