The Treatment Of Tic Disorder And Its Effect On Serum IgE By Medullary Stop

Objective:Tic disorder is a kind of chronic mental disease.It is the childhood onset.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is not clear.The lack of specific clinical diagnosis is index,and the lack of relevant clear treatment scheme is also unified.There is a lack of uniformity in immune related studies,and further research is needed.There were 50.8%cases of TD patients with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection,chronic rhinitis,pharyngitis and other medical history before the onset of the disease,repeated or aggravated,which was similar to that of IgE.At present,there are few studies on serum IgE,and the correlation between serum IgE and TD is also different.We therefore in this study,I hope through the determination of serum level changes of correlation between total IgE and TD before and after treatment to study with allergic reactions,but also through meditation stop control study and treatment of TD patients,and investigate the treatment of TD related possible mechanism of allergic reaction.Methods:According to the patients of children came to Guanganmen hospital from October in 2015 to October in 2016 with strict screening,in accordance with the standard requirements into the group removed.After the children's parents agreed and signed the informed consent,the children were divided into TD group and positive control group.TD group after stopping treatment meditation for 3 months,and YGTSS scores were used to assess the severity of the disease before and after treatment,while the use of reduced efficacy rate of treatment evaluation.Laboratory index by measuring TD group before and after treatment were compared with positive control group.Results:In this study,a total of 142 cases of TD group,including 115 boys and 27 girls.The ratio of male to female is 4.26:1.The youngest age is 3 years old,while the maximum age is 15 years old.The average age is(8.04 + 2.69)years old.The results showed that 46(32.39%)cases were markedly effective,and 63(44.37%)cases were effective,and the effect is not obvious in 33 cases(23.24%),with total effective in 109 cases(76.76%)The total positive rate of serum IgE in children with TD was 35.21%,and the total serum IgE level in children with TD was significantly different from that in the positive control group.The total serum IgE level of children with TD after treatment was slightly lower than that before treatment,and there was significant difference.The changes of serum total IgE levels were statistically significant.The severity of TD was not related to the level of serum IgE.There was no significant difference in serum IgE level between the experimental group and the control group in spring,summer and autumn.Before and after the treatment of TD children in some children with abnormal urine routine,liver and kidney function were not abnormal.Conclusion:(1)The curative effect of the treatment of TD with the Jin Xin Zhi Dong recipe is remarkable.(2)The association between TD and anaphylaxis cannot be completely negated.(3)TD may be associated with changes in serum IgE levels.(4)The severity of TD was not correlated with the level of serum IgE.(5)The changes in serum total IgE level of TD children may be affected by season.
