Research On Dong Traditional Medicine Diseases Based On Literature

ObjectiveStarting from the dimension of dong traditional medical diseases,this paper systematically collected and sorted out the diseases mentioned in dong traditional medical literature,compiled the disease spectrum of dong traditional medicine,explored the high incidence diseases of dong traditional medicine,and analyzed the risk factors of high incidence diseases,so as to form a complete research system.Based on the above analysis,the final conclusion can be drawn that the disease of dong people has ethnic characteristics and regularity,which is expected to improve the disease prevention and resistance ability of dong people and provide corresponding basis for relevant departments to formulate comprehensive prevention and treatment measures and health policies.Methods1.Literature research methodAs the main data collection method in this paper,the traditional medical literatures of the dong nationality were collected and sorted as comprehensively as possible by combining network literature mining and manual review,and the data with high correlation with this study were strictly screened.2.Statistical inductive method: Based on the grounded theory,the collected documents were coded in three levels according to the open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and the final conclusion reflecting the ethnic characteristics and regularity of the disease of dong nationality was found.3.Comparative analysis method: Using the comparative analysis method from different angles,different levels of comparative analysis,according to the comparisonresults to draw important conclusions.Results1.The traditional nomenclature of dong nationality has the characteristics of native,primitive and historical,etc.The diseases other than the traditional nomenclature are the mainstream medical nomenclature diseases,which contain some Chinese medicine and some western medicine diseases.2.According to the classification criteria of clinical medicine discipline,the diseases of dong traditional nominating method and mainstream medical nominating method were classified into seven categories: internal medicine(400,326),surgery(199,66),obstetrics and gynecology(91,101),pediatrics(260,34),dermatology(92,29),dermatology(90,73),and andrology(15,6).There were 5 high incidence disease species and 12 different high incidence disease species with the same nomenclature.Due to the limited data available at present,there are 167 traditional diseases that cannot be accurately classified.3.According to the analysis,the disease spectrum of the two nomenclature methods is different.The top 10 diseases of dong traditional nomenclature are trauma,pediatrics,digestive system,circulatory system,gynecology,nervous system,lymphatic system,andrology,respiratory system,circulatory system,pediatrics,orthopaedics,gynecology,urinary system and dermatology.As can be seen from the above,the nervous system,lymphatic system and andrology in the traditional nomenclature disease spectrum of the dong nationality no longer exist in the mainstream medical nomenclature disease spectrum,but they are replaced by the motor system,the urinary system and the dermatology department.Although the other seven disease spectra are the same,they are in different order.4.The traditional nomenclature of dong nationality and tujia traditional nomenclature have the same high incidence of 6 diseases and different high incidence of 11 diseases.There were 9 high incidence diseases and 8 different high incidence diseases in dong mainstream medical nomenclature and tujia mainstream medical nomenclature.Conclusion1.It can be seen from the nomenclature of diseases that the two nomenclature methods of dong medicine have different characteristics,especially the dong traditional nomenclature with distinct dong cultural color,which is worthy of further study.Digging deeper into the two naming methods of diseases,we can see that they have the fusion phenomenon of embedding and complementing each other.Although the traditional nomenclature has formed its own way of disease classification,the disease classification system has not yet formed a unified standard.2.In the two major nomenclature diseases of dong medicine,some diseases in trauma,cardio-cerebrovascular system,gynecology and digestive system are always in the state of high frequency.There are respiratory system,motor system and endocrine system on the rise,and nervous system,lymphatic system and andrology on the decline.3.With the change of time,the disease spectrum of dong and tujia has changed,but the diseases of trauma,digestive system,respiratory system and motor system are the most common and common diseases in the two ethnic groups.4.Through an in-depth analysis of the causes behind the spectrum of diseases of the dong nationality,it is concluded that the most important factors affecting the disease of the dong nationality include social and economic conditions,dong traditional culture,social environment,personal health awareness,and natural environment.These factors can provide some ideas for the follow-up study of related diseases.Based on the article probed into the disease,from the administrative department of health and medical institutions,scientific research personnel,personal health prevention and control,it is concluded that the changing rule of the disease have certain positive significance to construction of public health in guizhou.
