| BackgroundMetabolic syndrome(MS)is a complex metabolic disorder group,including abdominal obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia and hypertension.Diabetes and cardiovascular risk in patients with MS disease is 10 times and 2 times of the normal population,western medicine mainly for a single component in the treatment,and the overall concept the traditional Chinese medicine and dialectical theory of governance has its unique superiority for the treatment of MS.Professor xi-ming Liu,through a large sample of MS multicenter cross-sectional survey,found that the "phlegm heat resistance" type MS accounted for the highest.Professor Liu Ximing combined with the clinical features of MS,the establishment of TCM "fat man",MS could be divided into two types and six cards,according to the "phlegm heat syndrome" created a comprehensive,and apply for a patent,the clinical curative effect of the comprehensive exploration of the party.Objective:1:To establish a theoretical model of MS in traditional Chinese Medicine2:To study the pharmacodynamics of MSMethod:1:The establishment of MS theoretical model;2:To carry out MS TCM syndrome investigation;3:To establish the core pathogenesis for the main syndrome;4:To carry out pharmaceutical research;5:Pharmacodynamics research;Results:Professor Liu Ximing thinks that the MS of abdominal obesity with "grpssness",exclusive,rather than obesity is more suitable for the name of MS in TCM,the basic pathogenesis of MS is "full",divided into the type two,which are "deficiency in excess" and"full interior",which can divided into "phlegm dampness stagnation,spleen dampness,phlegm heat,liver kidney yin deficiency,hyperactivity of liver fire,and blood stasis" six syndrome,spleen weakness or phlegm block in middle Jiao,transport of disorders,nutrient substance deposition,deposition in the abdomen caused abdominal obesity,blood lead to deposition of high cholesterol and blood pressure,anger hyperactivity leads to high blood pressure,liver and kidney yin deficiency is more common in the elderly,chronic illness will occur with blood stasis,blood stasis can lead to cardiovascular complications.Professor Liu Ximing for "phlegm heat accumulation" was founded in the test generation,completed a total of 15 cases were observed.The patients were randomly divided into A,B group,after 3 months of treatment,by completing the clinical investigation of CRF table analysis on the change of the clinical symptoms of patients with MS and the changes of glucose and lipid metabolic disorder.The comprehensive square average reducing weight in patients of 1.21kg,reduce the average waist 1.11cm,compared the two groups,A group decreased body weight,waist circumference and BMI is better than B group,by statistical analysis,A and B were the two groups before and after treatment of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism differences before and after treatment,the blood pressure of two groups were not statistically difference;after A and B treatment of TCM symptom score were statistically significant,A group of TCM symptom score decreased 14.86,B group of TCM symptom score decreased 12.25,A,B group of disappearance rate was greater than 70%for pain.Conclusion:1.the TCM name of MS is "full",the basic pathogenesis is "excessive of middle-jiao",divided into the type two,which are "deficiency in excess" and "full interior",the concrete can be divided into "phlegm dampness"," spleen dampness","phlegm heat accumulation","liver and kidney yin deficiency","hyperactivity of liver fire",and "blood stasis syndrome".2.DaiZongFang can reduce the weight,blood sugar,waist circumference and BMI of the patients with "phlegm heat accumulation",and the effect of small dosage is better than that of large dose,and the effect of reducing blood lipid and blood pressure is not obvious.3.DaiZongFang significantly improve the patient's mouth,sticky mouth,drowsiness,fatigue and other symptoms of acid reflux.4.The establishment of MS TCM theoretical model has important clinical significance for TCM cognition and treatment of MS. |
