Objective:This study use clinical epidemiological methods to explore the metabolic syndrome in TCM. Using GC-MS technology to find the metabolic syndrome, and with the normal serum metabolites of molecular markers. According to orthogonal experimental principle, testing rat model of metabolic syndrome, and research on puerarin, berberine, cinnamic acid effect on the rats, and then screening the most effective prescription treatment of metabolic syndrome.Methods:1. This research collected212cases of patients with metabolic syndrome and60cases, the basic clinical data and blood lipids, fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, waist circumference, visceral fat coefficient and so on carries on the statistical analysis. The serum samples were detected after pretreatment using GC-MS to separate metabolism molecular markers.2. Using high fat, sugar, saltly diet induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin on rat model of metabolic syndrome. The metabolic syndrome rats were divided into8groups in accordance with the orthogonal test, continue diet with high-calorie diet. MS rats intragastric administration the drug preparation according to the orthogonal. After4weeks, blood pressure, blood glucose, body weight, blood lipids were measured.Result:1. Phlegm turbidity resistances syndrome is the main metabolic syndrome type.2. Potential metabolic markers of the phlegm turbidity resistances syndrome of metabolic syndrome are:acetamide, propionic acid, glutamine, palm elaidic acid, glucose, linolenic acid.3. Potential metabolic markers of the metabolic syndrome are: acetamide, benzene sulfonamide, acetic acid, propionic acid, L-valine, L-alanine, benzene pyruvic acid, glucoside acid, oxalic acid, ethylamine, butyric acid, L-proline, L-e amino acid, urea, silicon alkoxide, aminoacetic acid, succinic acid, L-serine, L-threonine, amino malonic acid, hydroxy succinic acid, creatinine,2,3,4-trihydroxy butyric acid, glutaric acid, caproic acid, glutamine, L-phenylalanine, L-glutamine,1,2,3-tri-propyl carboxylic acid, D-fructose, D-ribose, galactose, D-glucose, L-lysine, palm elaidic acid, D-loose two sugar, glucose, L-tyrosine, palmitic acid, inositol, margaric acid, tryptophan,9,12-eighteen carbon diene acid,11-oleic acid, stearic acid, linolenic acid,9,12,15-eighteen carbon triene acid, benzene acetic acid, arachidonic acid and cholesterol.4. After modeling8weeks, the rat model of using high fat, sugar and salt diet have insulin resistance, the blood pressure, blood glucose, body weight, blood lipids was significantly were significantly heavier. It prompt that the model of MS was succeed.5. ISI,visceral fat index, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid were detected after drug intervene4weeks. The result shows, influence to ISI:berberine hydrochloric acid; influencec to blood glucose:puerarin, berberine hydrochloric acid; influence to blood pressure:berberine hydrochloric acid; influence to TG, LDL and TC:berberine hydrochloric acid.Conclusion:1. Phlegm turbidity resistances syndrome is the main metabolic syndrome type.2. We find out50kinds of metabolic potential molecular markers of metabolic syndrome, and6kinds of metabolic potential molecular markers of phlegm turbidity resistances syndrome of metabolic syndrome.3. Berberine hydrochloric acid, cinnamic acid, puerarin are have good effect on treating MS. The best group is Berberine hydrochloride (250mg/Kg. D)+puerarin (136mg/Kg. D)+cinnamic acid (1.2mg/Kg. D)...
