| Purpose:Gastric polyps is local uplift lesions in the gastric mucosa,and detection rate is on the rise in recent years.Gastric polyps treatment plan advocates that find polyps should besurgical resection.Especially the removal of adenomatous polyps can prevent and reduce theoccurrence of cancer.Gastric polyps is recurrent,however most patients with gastric polyp should be repeated in the digestive tract polyps under endoscopy.Therefore,this research by looking at the clinical manifestation,the pathologicaltype of gastric polyps and its correlation,etc.,in combination with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,to prevention and treatment of gastric polyps,and to guide clinical,to reduce the recurrence of gastric polyps,even to effectively reduce the incidence of gastric malignancy,and to provide new train of thought for Chinese medicine treatment of gastric polyps.Method:Select a total of 67cases of patients with digestive department outpatient service,was fromNovember 2015 to February 2017 in Beijing university of Chinese medicine dongzhimen hospital,among them weed out 12cases,lost to follow-upl5 cases,finally effective evaluation of 42 cases.Establish gastric polyp clinical data questionnaire,choose the patients with conforming to the inclusion criteria and agreeing to participate in the survey.Collec the patients’ general informatine,endoscopy results,pathological diagnosis,and TCM four diagnostic data.Fill in the table of cases of clinical curative effect observation.According to the principle of overall treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,give the patients to oral SanJieSan and XiHuang capsules.SanJieSan include fossil fragments 15g,oyster shells 15g,Concha meretricis seu cyclinae 15g,bile arisaema 6g,spina gleditsiae 10g.fructus forsythiase 6g(Beijing Kangren Tang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.of boil-free granule of traditional Chinese medicine,Daily one,orally 2 times).XiHuang capsules(shaanxi aimin pharmaceutical co.,specifications for each grain in 0.25g,usage and dosage four at a time,2 times a day),treatment for 3 months,observation period for one year.Respectively do gastroscope examination before and after treatment 1 year;fill in form before treatment,three months after treatment.Observe the record of patients with clinical symptoms and severity score before and after medication;observe the record of gastroscopy results and pathological diagnosis before and after treatment.Results:this study collected totally of 42 patients with gastric polyps of conforming to the inclusion criteria.There are 13 cases of male and 29 cases of female,the sex ratio of 1:2.23.The age of the smallest patient is 34 years old.and the biggest is 75 years old.,mean age 56.92±9.96 years.The sporadic cases of gastric polyps is 12 cases(28.6%),30 cases of multiple(71.4%).Most of them is in the gastric body,the second is in the gastric fundus and antrum.Morphology by Yamada Ⅱ(40.5%)and Yamada 111(31%)are more.The smallest diameter is 0.2cm,the biggest is 1cm,the awerage diameter of 0.42±0.19cm,among them is given priority to with 0.3-0.6cm(81%).The most of pathological results is fundic gland polyps(45.2%),the second is inflammatory polyps(35.7%),and hyperplastic polyps(14.3%),adenoma sex polyps(4.8%).At the end of the treatment,the comparison of TCM symptoms integral in before and after:Integral in before treatment is 19.52±7.74,and integral in after treatment is 2.67±1.69.There are 15 cases of the clinical cure(35.7%).The total effective rate is 95.2percent.By gastroscope date statistical analysis found that 3 cases was discovered recurrence in the 42 cases of patients after regular follow-up,only one year.The total of treatment effective rate was 93%,the recurrence rate was 7%.Conclusion:1 Middle-aged and old people tend to get gastric polyps;Women than men easy to get gastric polyps.2Then multiple cases is more.The growth of gastric polyps is more in body and fundus part.The priority of gastric polyps is between 0.3-0.6cm.Morphology by Yamada Ⅱ and Yamad III are more.Pathological results in fundic gland polyps is the most.3The method of oral SanJieSan and XiHuang capsules treatment effect is remarkable.After the treatment of gastric polyps postoperative patients,the recurrence rate was declined. |
