Clinical Research Of Curative Effect On Plasma Cell Mastitis By Xihuang Capsule

Objective: This paper aims to study the effect of clinical curative effect of Xihuang capsule for preliminary screening of the new therapeutic prescriptions to treat plasma cell mastitis,and to lay a good foundation for clinical application of Xihuang capsule.Methods:Collection in March 2015 to October 2015 in Henan province hospital of breast surgery out-patient service was professor Guo Yufei acne treated plasma cell mastitis 60 cases.Xihuang capsule from Xihuan pill,its efficacy is clearing away heat and toxin,dissipating phlegm and dissipating phlegm,promoting blood circulation to remove blood,relieving the pain,composition of bezoar,musk,frankincense,and myrrh.This study by observing the clinical manifestations of patients with plasma cell mastitis and blood test results,giving oral Xihuang capsule treatment,treatment records in the process of clinical symptoms,blood cell analysis,the change of CRP and sex hormone six indicators;Regular follow-up and on into the group of patients,using SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis and evaluation.Results:(1)The total effective rate for applying Xihuang capsule for plasma cell mastitis respectively was 43.33% ? 93.33% for treating 2 weeks,4weeks.After treatment,the tumor on breast has been narrowed,and the swelling has done down.Comparing before treatment and after treatment has statistical significance(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the number of WBC,NE% and CRP were decreased.Comparing before treatment and after treatment has statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)After treatment with hormone six indexes before and after treatment compared with varying degrees of decline,but there is no difference in the six prime index as compared with before treatment,there was no statistical significance,P > 0.05.Conclusion:(1)Curative effect of Xihuang capsules in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,is worthy of promotion and application.(2)Xihuang capsule may have the anti-inflammatory effect in treating plasma cell mastitis.(3)The regulation of endocrine function may be an important mechanism in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis Xihuang Capsules.
