The TCM symptoms integral change:TCM symptoms in patients with complete remission in 26 cases(61.9%),12 cases(28.6%),effective in 2 cases(4.8%),invalid in 2 cases(4.8%),that gargle can significantly improve patients with Yangyin Jiedu oral local symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.? Oral health assessment:integral patient's oral condition by before treatment(16.43+2.81)decreased after treatment(10.98+3.21),P<0.05 before and after treatment,there was significant difference of visible Yangyin Jiedu gargle can effectively improve the overall condition of oral cavity.?Karnofsky score and safety evaluation of patients by KPS before treatment(83.14+6.02)increased after treatment(85.43+4.99),before and after treatment compared with statistical difference(P<0.05),so it can improve the Yangyin Jiedu gargle radioactive oral mucositis patients' quality of life.During the whole observation,there were no adverse reactions associated with treatment,and the results of auxiliary examination(blood routine,liver and kidney function,ion level and ECG)were not obvious.[Research conclusion]Yangyin Jiedu gargle is effective in the treatment of patients with malignant tumor of radioactive oral mucositis local "Yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome,can significantly reduce the degree of oral mucositis,oral pain symptoms,improve basic oral and TCM symptoms,promote the repair of oral mucosal wound caused by radiotherapy,reduce the pain of the patients is safe and effective.
