Study On The Rule Of Yunnan Ethnic Medicine In Treating Stomach Pain

Objective Based on the entry point of Yunnan ethnic medicine in treating stomach disease,on the basis of collecting and arranging traditional prescriptions.This study aimed to pick up the dates of prescriptions treating stomachache with Yunnan ethnic medicine,discovering the inner link in the treatment of identical symptoms among Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine respectively,analyzing the routine on the basis of stomach pain syndrome one of the 7 syndromes types of TCM,and from which looking for the medicine rules,then establishing the theoretical base for the clinic.By the way,the analytical tool is Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software(TCMISS,V2.5).Methods According to the requirements of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,medications,route of administration,I input the treatment of stomach pain into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform in accordance with the unified standard format.After analyzing drugs frequency,association rules and the Complex system entropy clustering,I have made a discussion of these results.On the basis of the datas obtained,combined with the characteristics of Yunnan ethnic medicine,we found out the rules of Yunnan nationality medicine in the treatment of stomachache.Results Under three screening methods,which includes standard input,perfect exclusion criteria and double audit mechanism,I finally input with 410 prescriptions treatment of stomachache efficacy,involving a total of 15 minorities,a total of 202 prescriptions,which I conduct field research(including minority areas)to collect 208 prescriptions.The prescription of medications that I included are divided into 6 kinds,including 27 kinds of wine,13 kinds of powder,pill of 119 kinds,1 kinds,240 kinds of decoration paste,honey transfer service agent 10,which is the highest percentage of Decoration and powder.I included a total of 459 drugs,including ethnic medicine has 240,accounting for about 52.28% of all drugs.The highest frequency of occurrence of ethnic medicine in these drugs is that woody,appear a total of 52 drugs,the top 16 were:XIAONANMUXIANG?MATIXIANG?CHONGLOU?DIYU?SHICHANGPU?XINBUGAN?MUXIANG?CAOXUEJIE?JIANGWEICAO?HUJIAO ? GESHANXIAO ? HUZHANGCAO ? ROUGUI ? TUMUXIANG ?SHUICANGPU?SHANWUGUI.From the statistical analysis on the frequency of four drugs,the temperature of the drug accounted for 42%,heat drugs accounted for10%,cold drugs accounted for 33%,cold drugs accounted for 2%,accounted for 13%of the drug.The highest proportion of warm drugs.From the five kinds of frequency statistics of drugs,pungent accounted for 33%,accounting for 18% of the sweet,bitter sour accounted for 35%,accounting for 6%,accounting for 2% of the salty,astringent taste spicy and medicine accounted for 6%,accounted for the most bitter pill.Included in the process found that the vast majority of ethnic medicine and no return,only indications and efficacy.In order to ensure the accuracy of the normalized information,I did not return to the analysis.In the analysis of the prescription law,the number of support is 5,the confidence level is 0.8,and the results of the analysis are66 as total: 27 kinds of drugs,14 analysis of association rules with the confidence of more than 0.8.In the new analysis,the correlation degree is 8,the penalty is 2,the number of results is 63.Based on the analysis of the new level of unsupervised hierarchical clustering of entropy,I got 20 new core combination prescriptions and 10 new prescriptions.According to the input data,I got the western medicine disease phenomenon with the symptoms of stomachache,I have got 337 prescriptions of gastritis,106 peptic ulcer,functional dyspepsia and gastric cancer of 12.With the treatment of stomach pain of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome analysis concluded that the liver-qi attacking stomach 246,blood stasis of the stomach of the179,dampness in middle-Jiao 174,deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach 156,diet hurt a stomach of the 86,the stomach yin deficiency 55,pathogenic cold invading the stomach 111.I have carried on the medicine frequency mining separately to the above content,the group prescription rule analysis,the new prescription data mining,and obtains the effective data.Conclusions Through the collation,collection of Yunnan ethnic medicine for the treatment of stomachache suggesting all the stomach disease as the main symptoms ofpain in stomach no matter what types either gastritis,peptic ulcer,functional dyspepsia and gastric cancer of Western Medicine,or liver-qi attacking stomach,deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach,blood stasis of the stomach,dampness in middle-Jiao,pathogenic cold invading the stomach,the stomach yin deficiency,diet hurt a stomach,blood stasis of the stomach of 7 syndromes of TCM.Through data analysis,I found hot cold medicine accounted for the vast majority of Yunnan ethnic medicine prescription treatment of stomachache,just accord with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Xin Qi can fend off the cold,bitter cold can access to heat.Based on the existing traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine treat stomach disease,our data obtained from the analysis of the national drug use to provide a new reference for the clinical treatment of stomachache,make a theoretical support for the development of national medicine.
