Objectives:To conduct a two-year standardized management and evaluate its management effect aiming at the hypertension patients among active staff in domestic colleges and universities. The main content includes the hypertension patients' change of the blood pressure level, the change of blood pressure control rate, the change of their diet life and behavioral action, their treatment adherence analysis in two years, and other related indicators, etc.Method:This study selects 3 sub-centers—9 domestic colleges and universities—from 20 sub-centers taken into this program, screens hypertension patients from the staff, and incorporate them into the management group and the regular group according to the proportion of 3:1.Then it conducts a standardized management aiming at the hypertension patients in the management group according to primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in occupational settings and hypertension management program. The follow-up time is 2 years;Regular group does not accept any management and intervention, only at the beginning and at the end of the program,it provides related information collection for two times.Results:1.After standardized management, both SBP and DBP blood pressure level of patients in management group shows a significant downtrend.Compared with the baseline,SBP mean level decreases 10.1mmHg(P<0.05)and DBP decrease 8.2mmHg(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. The baseline blood pressure control rate rises to 66.8%from 31.5%in two years, showing an obviously increase;2 The abnormal rate of biochemical is not obvious, the difference in serum creatinine, fasting glucose, triglyceride, and total cholesterol did not change significantly between the management group itself and baseline,or between the management group and the regular group at the end of twenty-fourth months..3.Diet-life behavior have improved.Management group significantly reduce the number of salty taste food preferences, after two years decreased 24.7%compared to baseline.Management group in the follow-up of one year the number of limiting high fat intake accounted for 57.9%,increased 7.7%compared to baseline.Followed up for 2 years the number of limiting high fat intake accounted for 81.1%,increased 30.9%compared to baseline.Management group smoking rates at 27.1%after one year, decrease 6.3%compared with the baseline.Drinking alcohol at a rate of 24.5%,decrease 18.3%compared with the baseline. Two years later, the rates of smoking was 25.2%,decreased 8.2%compared with the baseline, drinking at a rate of 17.8%,decreased 25.9%compared with the baseline. The number of management group regular exercise increase to 347 after one year, accounted for 70.2%compared with the baseline, and increased 19.6%,after two years regular exercise increased to 400,accounting for 81.1%,increased 30.5%compared with the baseline.4 The quality of life of patients with high blood pressure was improved obviously. This study based on scale "high blood pressure patients quality of life questionnaire" to evaluate the staff hypertension patients quality of life. Results showed that after two years of standardization management, the management group compared with group the quality of life improved.Conclusion:1.Through the standardized management of hypertension patients in occupational group, the blood pressure level of hypertension patients declined, and increased blood pressure control rate;2.Through the standardized management of hypertension patients in occupational group,we can reduce smoking rate, drinking rate, change diet behavior, increase the rate of regular exercise, improve the quality of life;3.Hypertension Quality of Life Questionnaire(MINICHAL)is used to evaluate the living quality of hypertension patients has favorable reliability and construct validity. After standardized management,"somatic manifestations" dimension,"state of mind" dimension, and the living quality of hypertension patients in management group are all obviously improved no matter compared intra-class or with the baselines,or with the regular group;4.This study is based on colleges and universities, makes full use of the resources of colleges and universities, establishes a standardized management system, carries out the standardized management of hypertension patients in occupational group. It is feasible and effective to carry out standardized management of hypertension patients in colleges and universities.
