OBJECTIVE: The high-risk groups of hypertension patients were selected from the staff of Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Group, and their education and system management were standardized to observe whether their blood pressure level had changed, whether they knew about hypertension, whether the examination indicators met the standards, and then the changes were evaluated together after one year. Methods: Using the method of epidemiological field investigation,we screened and stratified 1500 railway workers in Ma'anshan Iron and Steel limited company.and selected 200 cases of high-risk hypertension patients,of which 100 cases were managed as the management group, and another 100 cases were treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs for non-management group.Observe whether the blood pressure level has changed, whether the knowledge of hypertension is known, whether the test indicators are up to the standard, and then evaluate these changes one year later.Result:1.The average systolic blood pressure in the management group was 161.4 mm Hg,the average systolic blood pressure was 146.67 mm Hg after one year of management, the decrease was 14.73 mm Hg,the average diastolic blood pressure at the baseline was 91.1 mm Hg,the average diastolic blood pressure after one year of management was 83.4 mm Hg,the decrease was 7.7 mm Hg,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The mean baseline systolic blood pressure of non-managed group was 161.19 mm Hg,the average systolic blood pressure was 158.55 mm Hg one year later, the decrease was 2.64 mm Hg,the average baseline diastolic blood pressure was 90.4 mm Hg,the average diastolic blood pressure was 89.27 mm Hg one year later, the decrease was 1.13 mm Hg,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).Therefore,it is believed that standardized management of hypertension patients is conducive to blood pressure control.2.1 years later, the proportion of low-salt diet,non-smoking,non-drinking,exercise,taking medicine on time and measuring blood pressure in the management group was significantly higher than that before management. There was a difference in the proportion of patients between the two groups after one year, and the increase in the management group was significantly greater than that in the control group. To improve the lifestyle of patients. There was no significant difference in serum creatinine, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, total cholesterol,BMI between the management group and the non-management group by t-test.3.The awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in the management group increased from 78%,25% and 31% before intervention to 100%,80% and 62% respectively(p < 0.05);the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in the non-management group increased from 65%,33% and 31% before intervention to 75%,50% and 37%,respectively,with no significant difference(p > 0.05).?4.The recurrence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events was 1% in the management group and 6% in the non-management group. The difference was statistically significant by Chi-square test(p < 0.05).CONCLUSION: This study found that standardized management can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension, improve the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension, and improve their living habits. Thus, standardized management of hypertension has obvious effect. However, the abnormal rate of laboratory indicators in the management group tended to decrease, but due to the limited observation time, the reduction was not obvious, and further experimental observation was needed.
