Comparison Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Three Surgical Treatments For Mixed Sputum

Objective:Clinical hemorrhoids is one of common diseases,especially for the more com mon mixed hemorrhoids.The surgical method is varied,the purpose of this study was t o compare the clinical efficacy of the three types of the operation methods(PPH Oper ation,Milligan-Morgan Operation and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan Operation)for the tre atment of mixed hemorrhoids.And provide the references for the clinicians to treat of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:This stuty collected patients a total of 150 cases who had done PPH,Milligan-Morgan or PPH joint Milligan-Morgan in Dongzhimen Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Cases by collating information and telephone pays a return visit to compare the patients with the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization days,postoperative pain,postoperative bleeding and edema of anal edge.And to compare the postoperative recurrence rate 2 years later.Results:(1)The average operation time is respectively 40.7±9.43,47.2±14.53 and4 2.6±10.16 after PPH,Milligan-Morgan and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan.The Milligan-Morgan average operation time is much more than PPH and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan,three groups compared with significant statistical significance(/P<0.05).(2)The average intraoper ative bleeding is respectively 7.22±8.08,9.74±7.12,8.12±5.41 after PPH,Milligan-Morga n and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan.Three groups compared no significant statistical signi ficance(P>0.05).(3)The average hospitalization days is respectively 9.46±3.62,11.24±4.21a nd 10.68±2.84 after PPH,Milligan-Morgan and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan,three group compared with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)The postoperative pain of th ree groups compared with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of th e three groups of the edema of anal edge,PPH is better than Milligan-Morgan and PP H joint Milligan-Morgan.Postoperative 1 d and 3 d,Milligan-Morgan and PPH jointMill igan-Morgan compared no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).after 7d,Milligan-M organ and PPH joint Milligan-Morgan compared with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).(6)Three groups of postoperative bleeding compared with significant statisticals ignificance(P<0.05)On the 1d after surgery.PPH is much better than the other two gro ups.Three groups compared no significant statistical significance(P>0.05)On the 3d an d 7d after surgery.(7)On postoperative recurrence rate in 2 years,three groups compared no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).But PPH surgery group have a relapse ca ses,the other two groups had no relapse.Conclusion:For the treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids,PPH was more consistent with person's physiology,and it showed the significant bebefits of shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,Shorter hospitalization time and fewer postoperative complication s compared with Milligan-Morgan.But the recurrence rate is relatively higher compared with Milligan-Morgan.Thus,PPH joint Milligan-Morgan was worth promoting.
