A Hospital Development Strategy Research

With the further deepening process of state medical reform,the innovation of state-owned hospitals has been promoted comprehensively.Facing the increasingly developing medical market,it has become a primary issue on how governmental hospitals might play a vital role in the reform of medical and sanitary system so that they might provide better medical care service for the masses.Hospital A,as a Specialist Training Base authorized by Ministry of Health,is one of China's First Top Three Hospitals,one of Top One Hundred Hospitals of the country as well as one of Model Reliable Hospitals in China.In this essay,the current conditions along with problems existing in the operation are discussed on basis of the details of Hospital A,with macro-environment,industry environment,competitors,the hospital itself and customer groups involved being taken into comprehensive analysis.Besides,by applying SWOT matrix to distinguish advantages and drawbacks,opportunities and challenges,a strategic target is brought forward,through which,we should construct a first-class hospital with striking characteristics,international influence,continuous development and creative brand.In the meanwhile,detailed strategic scheme and execution approach are established as well.
