China has a wealth of natural Chinese herbal medicine resources,to carry out the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine provides a convenient c ondition.The largest producing area of traditional Chinese medicine named Sap oshnikovia divaricata is located in the western steppe area of Dulbert Mongolia n Autonomous County in Heilongjiang Province,but there are few reports on t he prevention of Chinese medicine.The study of the spectral characteristics an d Saposhnikovia divaricata of the traditional Chinese medicine against the hum an serum and serum proteins provide the experimental basis for the identificati on and composition analysis of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.It can also provid e the pharmacological effect of the Saposhnikovia divaricata,the scientific and rational drug,the development and design of the new drug scientific guidance and basis.Which is of great significance to the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry and local economy.(1)The effects studied on the different excitation wavelength,origin,tempe rature,concentration and p H value on the spectral properties of Daqing Saposh nikovia divaricata.The results show that the fluorescence spectra of the Saposhn ikovia divaricata are similar,but the intensity of the fluorescence peak varies with the excitation wavelength;The fluorescence properties of the Saposhnikovia divaricata are more obvious and stable under near neutral conditions;There is a nonlinear relationship between the fluorescence intensity between the Saposhn ikovia divaricata and the concentration of the solution;The fluorescence intensit y of the Saposhnikovia divaricata is weakened with the change of temperature,generally in the range of 20~30?,the intensity of the Saposhnikovia divarica ta is relatively strong;The fluorescence stability of the Saposhnikovia divaricata is poor,in the configuration of the test liquid should be timely fluorescent tes t.(2)The fluorescence spectra of the interaction between wind production and human serum in Daqing were studied.,the luminescence range of serum after adding different parts of the Saposhnikovia divaricata was unchanged,the fluore scence intensity decreased significantly,and the fluorescence quenching degree o f different habitats was different.The fluorescence quenching effect of the Sapos hnikovia divaricata with serum and hyperlipemia serum was the strongest,and t he strongest fluorescence quenching effect of Inner Mongolia Saposhnikovia div aricata on hyperglycemia.(3)Studied with the fluorescence spectra and the three dimensional fluoresc ence spectra of the interaction between the Saposhnikovia divaricata of Daqing and HSA.The results showed that the addition of HSA caused a significant fl uorescence quenching,ground state complexes without fluorescence produced by interaction between the Saposhnikovia divaricata and HSA,changed the micro-e nvironment of tryptophan and tyrosine.Three dimensional fluorescence spectra o f HSA and different regions of the Saposhnikovia divaricata,The maximum fluo rescence quenching of HSA with adding the same volume.When the Saposhnik ovia divaricata of different sizes were added,the fluorescence intensity decrease d with the increase of the volume of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.(4)Studied on the interaction of with human serum and HSA in the produ ction of the Saposhnikovia divaricata and its synchronous fluorescence spectra.T he characteristic peak intensity and peak displacement of the interaction betwee n serum and the Saposhnikovia divaricata were significantly different at differe nt wavelengths.At the same wavelength difference,the fluorescence spectra of different biochemical indexes and the fine structure of the fluorescence peaks were different.When the wavelength difference is 15 nm and 60 nm,the position and intensity of the characteristic peak of(5)HSA had changed after the addition of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.Wit h the increase of the Saposhnikovia divaricata`s volume,the intensity of the ch aracteristic peak of the synchrotron has a regular decrease,but the maximum e mission wavelength is constant.
