Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint electromagnetic therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis in acute stage,so as to explore a kind of effective, simple and easy treatment method.Method:With the randomized method, using 60 cases of inclusion criteria of acute idiopathic facial paralysis patients, divided into treatment group(acupuncture with electromagnetic therapy group)30 cases and control group(acupuncture group)30 cases.House-Brackmann(H-B)were used in two groups before and after treatment evaluation of facial nerve function grading system,Nottingham system, evaluation method of Japanese facial nerve paralysis degree(Yanagihara facial paralysis grading system)nerve function and patients with opposite symptoms,The nerve function and patients with opposite symptoms, signs of change are analyzed and compared, finally will collect data to record the results of SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis, the comparison of the data between groups was made by chi square test. The test data were not consistent with the normal distribution, and the nonparametric rank sum test was used. The t test was used for the normal distribution.Test level ?=0.05,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result:There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender, age, incidence of disease, and incidence of the disease. The evaluation of the relevant indicators of disease before treatment in the two groups:both group before treatment H-B classification by rank test and Nottingham score by t test, the Japanese facial paralysis score by t test, there were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment, the severity of disease is comparable.Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment group:treatment group and control group before and after treatment:H-B classification by rank sum test,Nottingham score by t test, the Japanese facial paralysis score by t test, the differences were statistically significant. The treatment group and the control group in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial paralysis curative effect. The curative effect were compared between the two groups after treatment:two groups after treatment Nottingham scores in the t test, there were no significant differences between groups in Japan;facial nerve paralysis degree scores in the t test, the difference was not statistically significant;treatment group were cured, markedly effective, effective and invalid number were 10,16,2,2,control group were 9,15,3,3,the rank sum test, there was no significant difference between the two groups.According to the above results, the curative effect of the two groups is the same, that is,acupuncture treatment combined with acupoint electromagnetic therapy is not the same as the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis in acute stage.Conclusion:1 After before and after treatment between the two groups, two groups of H-B grade by rank test and Nottingham score of treatment by t test, the Japanese facial paralysis score by t test showed that P<0.05 results, which prompted the rule of the two therapy in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial paralysis has curative effect.2 After treatment, the comparison between the two groups, the statistical analysis of the various indicators were obtained after the results of P>0.05,suggesting that the treatment of two cases of acute idiopathic facial paralysis curative effect is not significant.3 Through 3 months of follow-up analysis results show that acupuncture with electromagnetic therapy in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial nerve paralysis curative effect is satisfactory.4 The curative effect of combined treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis is better than single therapy. The research on acupoint electromagnetic therapy needs further study.
