Objective:To study the curative effect of different frequency acupuncture treatment for early idiopathic facial paralysis, and to provide basis for better clinical treatment. In this way, a more formal and efficient treatment project may be formulated and treatment standardization can also be expected.Methods:the study in2005to12edition of the practical medicine idiopathic facial paralysis diagnosis standard, to Beijing Guang’anmen hospital of Chinese medical academy acupuncture clinic patientsl collection, the prospective cohort study method, patients, are included in the group A (high frequency acupuncture group) and group B (low frequency times acupuncture group), the actual participants included63cases, fall off10cases, finally complete in53,28cases of group A, B group of25cases. To famous doctor WangLeTing of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of facial paralysis Qianzhengfang (shuigou,chengjiang,dicang,jiache,quanliao,yangbai,sibai,daying,hegu),the basis of acupuncture treatment. Group A (high frequency acupuncture group) above normal acupuncture point, dicang and jiache,xiaguan and touwei,with electricity, for20minutes, weekly treatment5times, four weeks of treatment. Group B with high frequency acupuncture group operation and treatment three times a week. In two groups symptom scores before and after treatment, patient satisfaction scores, and complications were evaluated, and efficient calculation, the use of statistical software SPSS19.0are compared.Results:the results of the study show that, A group of28cases, recovery,13cases11cases were markedly improved, effective3cases, invalid in1, and the total effective rate of96.43%; Group B25cases, recovery, powerfully6cases13cases, effective5cases, invalid in1, and the total effective rate of96%.Group A score, compared before and after treatment group B scoring more before and after treatment, A statistically significant difference were, it can be seen that early idiopathic facial paralysis1week3times acupuncture treatment and acupuncture treatment of five times A week, all have good clinical curative effect. The two groups after treating score more, in addition to drum gills a score outside, the rest of the difference was not statistically significant, it can be seen that early idiopathic facial paralysis1week3times acupuncture treatment and acupuncture treatment of five times a week clinical curative effect no obvious difference. Two groups of complications score more, the difference was not statistically significant, including sports and parallel contracture all did not appear, the other three marks are very low numerical,.two groups of clinical complications that no significant differences, and complications were rare. Two groups of satisfaction comparison, A group including very satisfied., basic satisfaction of28patients (100%), group B very satisfied, basic satisfaction including23cases (92%), the difference was not statistically significant. In addition, two groups during treatment, all did not appear adverse reaction, it can be seen that security is good.
