| Objective:To explore the curative effect of scrapping combined with traditional Chinese medicine on fire insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods: Collection of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital department ii encephalopathy rehabilitation of stroke after liver fire type insomnia patients72 cases,by using the stochastic indicator method,1:1 36 people were randomly divided into test group and control group 36 people.The control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the experimental group was given the scrapping therapy(mainly scraping the head and neck,shoulders,du-mai,dorsal bladder meridian and rib),each time for 50 minutes,scraping once a week.The Pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI)and the symptom score of liver depression syndrome were measured for the patients in the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.ADL and NIHSS scores were measured before,after and 4 weeks after treatment.Results: Insomnia treatment group and control group total effective rate were 87.5%and 64.7% respectively,the chi-square experience(P < 0.05,statistically significant;Experimental group and control group total effective rate of TCM syndrome were 96.6%and 79.4% respectively,by the chi-square test P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Comparison of ADL and NHISS scores before and after treatment and after follow-up showed that P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Scrapping combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke after liver depression,fire type insomnia sleep quality has significant clinical significance in patients with improvement,but for their daily life skills and integral stroke and reduce clinical significance is not obvious. |
