| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertensionMethods: Forty-eight patients with blood stasis syndrome of early renal damage in hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.24 patients in each group were treated with standard antihypertensive drugs.Chinese herbal medicine compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group.(10 pills each time,3 times a day,produced by Tianjin Tianshili Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.with the specifications of 27mg×180 pills/box)for 12 weeks.To observe the change of the blood pressure,TCM symptoms and microalbuminuria of the two groups.Results: 1.Comparison of blood pressure value: After treatment,blood pressure in both groups decreased.There was no significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Changes in blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine:The score of blood stasis syndrome in the control group decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the score of blood stasis syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01),and was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.The effect on urinary microalbumin: Effects on urinary microalbumin: Urinary albumin/creatinine ratio UACR,urinary microalbumin(m Alb)and beta 2-microglobulin(beta 2-MG)in both groups decreased after treatment,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Influences on inflammatory indicators: After treatment,serum cystatin(Cys-C)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)decreased in both groups,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Safety: There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusions: Compound Danshen Dropping Pills can significantly improve symptoms and reduce urinary microprotein in patients with early renal damage and blood stasis syndrome of hypertension,It can also inhibit inflammation. |
