| As a major risk factor in the development of cardiovascular disease,hypertension is mainly manifested in the increase of arterial pressure in systemic circulation,which leads to functional and structural damage to the heart,brain,kidney and other organs of the body.Finally,it shows the organ failure of the body.However,early renal damage in hypertension usually refers to the changes in renal structure and function caused by long-term poor blood pressure control on the basis of hypertension symptoms,including glomerulosclerosis,renal tubular atrophy and renal interstitial fibrosis.Up to now,Western medicine has mainly used angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist(ARB)and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)antihypertensive drugs,diuretics,renal dialysis and other methods to treat the disease,but the therapeutic effect is limited,so more and more people pay attention to finding safe and effective treatment methods.The main purpose of this study is to observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,ambulatory blood pressure,renal damage related index and carotid atherosclerotic plaque score before and after treatment.in order to explore the clinical efficacy of compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm stasis obstruction.Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm stasis obstruction.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2020,60 patients in the Department of Cardiology of Yangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine who met the diagnostic criteria of early renal damage of hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm stasis obstruction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The former was given valsartan amlodipine tablets 1 tablet per day,and simvastatin tablets 1 tablet per day.The patients in the treatment group were treated with compound Sanqi Tongmai prescription on the basis of routine western medicine treatment in the control group.After continuous treatment for 4 months,the changes of TCM syndrome score,ambulatory blood pressure,related indexes of renal damage and carotid atherosclerotic plaque were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of hypertensive patients with early renal damage in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01).In the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes except forgetfulness in patients with early renal damage in hypertension were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of vertigo,knee weakness and five-heart fever in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The ambulatory blood pressure,renal damage related indexes,Crouse plaque score,IMT and total effective rate of the patients with early renal damage in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the plaque detection rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,but compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:Compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe combined with western medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm stasis obstruction. |
