Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy (early And Mid-term)

Objective:Use Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe to treatment early and mid diabetic nephropathy (abbreviated DN) patients who according with Qi and Yin deficiency, dampness turbidity stasis mutual junction, through randomized controlled clinical trials, to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe using in patients with DN, and to explore the mechanism of Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe in the treatment of DN.Method; The 60 cases of early and mid DN Qi and Yin deficiency, dampness turbidity stasis mutual junction patients who Included in the standard were divided into the control group and treatment group 30 cases each, two groups of patients were given western medicine foundation treatment for one week:Diabetes Education? Reasonable diet?Control of blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure.The control group were treated with Irbesartan tablets 150mg po qd on the basis of western medicine foundation treatment,the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe 100ml po tid,two weeks for a period of treatment, two groups were given two courses of treatment.Two groups of patients were compared with the TCM clinical symptom, detection advanced glycationend products(AGEs),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),24h Microalbuminuria(24hMAU),24h Urine protein(24hUpro) quantity before and after treatment,and for statistical analysis.Result:(1)Clinical syndromes indicators:After treatment, the effectiveness respectively.the treatment group is 83.33% and 60.00% in control group,significant differences (P<0.05).And the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group;after treatment,two groups-clinical integral are decreased,and have significant difference (P<0.05);(2)Clinical curative effect indicators:Before and after treatment,Comparison in the group,24hMAU,24hUpro all have significant differences (P<0.05),and the reatment group has significant improvement than the control group (p<0.05);(3)Mechanisms of indicators:Two groups can effectively reduce serum AGEs, VEGF levels the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(4)Safety indicators:Before and after treatment, Routine blood, Stool routine, liver function, renal function, electrolyte, such as check all in normal range, there are no adverse reactions in the two groups.Result:Jiawei Huazhuo Recipe can improve DN Qi and Yin deficiency, dampness turbidity stasis mutual junction in patients with clinical symptoms, reduce 24 hMAU,24 hUpro, speculate that it could by lowering serum which, the expression of VEGF and give play to the role of treatment, and no significant liver and kidney toxicity, bone marrow inhibition, etc., for the future research and develop new drugs to provide clinical basis for the treatment of DN.
