Clinical Observation Of Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined With Teggio In The Treatment Of Stage III And IV Pancreatic Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with S-1 in the treatment of solid tumor in stage ? and ? pancreatic cancer patients,clinical benefit,TCM syndrome change and so on.Methods: 72 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into three groups: the traditional Chinese medicine group,the chemotherapy group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the chemotherapy group.The traditional Chinese medicine was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction,and the chemotherapy group was treated with S-1 monotherapy orally.After two chemotherapy cycles,the objective effect,PS score,weight,TCM syndrome and chemotherapy side effects were observed.Results: No significant difference in the near-term effects in 3 groups(P > 0.05);After treatment,the score of PS score,traditional Chinese medicine + chemotherapy group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group,and the TCM syndrome score of TCM group and traditional Chinese medicine group and chemotherapy group was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(P <0.05).The side effects of chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine +chemotherapy group were significantly better than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).the side effects of chemotherapy,Chinese medicine group + chemotherapy group in bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions was significantly lower than the chemotherapy group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with S-1 in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer,can improve the quality of life,relieve pain,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
