Objective:In order to explore Chaihushugansan granules in continuous dose affecting gastrointestinal motility in rats,and to study two aspects as follows:1.Chaihushugansan granules can improve gastrointestinal motility in model rats or not.2.Chaihushugansan granules improve gastrointestinal motility by affecting atropine and dopamine receptors or not.Methods:Gastrointestinal motility disorder rat model was established throuh the way of intraperitoneal injection of atropine sulfate(M cholinergic receptor antagonist)and dopamine hydrochloride(dopamine receptor agonists)respectively.We study Chaihushugansan granules effects on gastrointestinal motility disorder and normal rats by gavaging Chaihushugansan granules(10g/kg?20g/kg?30g/kg)and by means of measuring rate of the gastric emptying and intestinal transit.Results:1.Compared with gastric emptying rate of the control group(60.76±1.78),the model group of atropine(39.45±2.12)and the model group of dopamine(41.35±2.16)significantly decrease(P<0.01).Compared with intestinal transit rate of the control group(64.98±1.85),the model group of atropine(36.95±2.12)and the model group of dopamine(40.39±1.19)significantly decrease(P<0.01),and gastrointestinal disorder model is successfully established.2.Compared with the model group(39.45±2.12),Chaihushugansan granules group(10g/kg,60.78±2.16),Chaihushugansan granules group(20g/kg,55.34±1.72),Chaihushugansan granules group(30g/kg,42.06±1.98)and mosapride group(10mg/kg,66.26±2.73)have statistical significance in gastric emptying experiment of atropine gastrointestinal dysfunction in rats.Compared with the model group(36.95±2.12),Chaihushugansan granules group(10g/kg,63.36±2.0),Chaihushugansan granules group(20g/kg,53.41±1.82),Chaihushugansan granules group(30g/kg,44.84±2.35)and mosapride group(10mg/kg,66.26±2.73)have statistical significance in intestinal transit experiment of atropine gastrointestinal dysfunc tion in rats.3.Compared with the model group(41.35±2.16),Chaihushugansan granules group(10g/kg,60.65±2.26),Chaihushugansan granules group(20g/kg,53.54±1.62),Chaihushugansan granules group(30g/kg,43.06±2.48)and mosapride group(10mg/kg,59±2.52)have statistical significance in intestinal transit experiment of dopamine gastrointestinal dysfunction in rats.Compared with the model group(40.39±1.19),Chaihushugansan granules group(10g/kg,63.52±1.73),Chaihushugansan granules group(20g/kg,57.49±0.99),Chaihushugansan granules group(30g/kg,47.84±1.47)and mosapride group(10mg/kg,64.21±3.92)have sttistical significance in intestinal transit experiment of dopamine gastrointestinal dysfunction in rats.Conclusions:1.Chaihushugansan granules has a role in promoting gastrointestinal motility of gastrointestinal motility disorder rats caused by atropine.2.Chaihushugansan granules has a role in promoting gastrointestinal motility of gastrointestinal motility disorder rats caused by dopamine.3.The relationship of Chaihushugansan granules with gastrointestinal motility function of model rat:the function increased with the dose increased,then increased.
