Objevtive:This subject bases on the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine.We put the needle knife treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH) as the research object.We combine the system literature research with the suggestion of specialists.Our research emphasises are the technological operation process of acupotomy treatment for ONFH and the controversy in the needle knife therapy of ONFH. This subject aims to frame a scientific,reasonable,canonical suggested standard for clinical unified technology handling for ONFH.We hope we can lay a solid foundation for the later research on the standardization of needle knife therapy of ONFH.Methods:This study Combined evidence-basde guidelines method with survey for compiling of clinical standardized Operation process.The research of the system documents:We completely search home and abroad literature which is associated with researches about acupotomy operation for ONFH through internet databases by computer retrieval.After that,we preliminary screen the literature by reading,finally,set the standard of literature and discharge standards,and further screen the literature according to the specified standards.We divided the selected literature into series of research evidence, case reports and expert advice, randomized controlled research evidence (RCT) and non randomized controlled research evidence (CCT).Then we graduate the literature by the standard of AHCPR and SIGN, summarize the evidence of high-grade,and refer to the low-grade to find the evidence which is not involved.finally we draft a standardization program of Acupotomy Technical operation for Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head (First Draft) following consult style of existing manuals and research results about manuals of TCM.Questionnaire Survey:Focus on problems and controversy In the process of compiling the first draft,we draw up Questionnaire for Clinical doctors about Acupotomy for Osteonecrosis Necrosis of Femoral Head Combining with clinical operation,and take advice from specialists in acupotomology by email?letters? talkment ect.Then we retrieve questionnaires and analyze then statistically after sort and collection of questionnaires.Finally,we complete a standardized Acupotomy Operation process and a standardization program of Acupotomy Technical operation for Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head (revision) which could reflect characteristic ascendancy of acupotomy according to evidence of evidence-based medicine and acupotomy clinical practice.Result:1.The study on the standardization of the Acupotomy Operation process of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head has a significant on the development and the proment of needle knife.2.Compile the flow charts of the Acupotomy Operation of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head.3.We analyze the acupotomy clinical experimental documents of ONFH, then Combine with the experts'suggestions.
