Objective: This study by observing the needle knife around the hip joint acupoints, hip and hip corresponding decompression chamber treatment contracture release muscle necrosis in patients tendons and stasis type of femoral head, and with needle acupuncture hip three-pin therapeutic effect compared confirm needle knife acupoints around the hip hip hip corresponding cavity pressure and muscle contracture release treatment and prevention of recurrence of the role and trying to needle knife acupoints around the hip, hip decompression chamber and hip muscle contracture release corresponding treatment of early femoral head necrosis mechanisms were discussed. And for the clinical treatment of tendons and stasis type of femoral head necrosis provide effective theoretical basis. Methods: The patients were 64 cases of tendons and stasis type of the osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group(needle knife acupoints around the hip, the hip and the hip decompression chamber corresponding muscle contracture release) 32 cases,21 cases are bilateral hip joints, single hip in 11 cases, a total of 53 hip joints; The control group(“Hip three stitches" filiform needle acupuncture with conventional acupuncture treatment) of 32 cases, including 15 cases are bilateral hip joints, 17 single, 47 hip joints in total. The treatment group once every 7 days of treatment, 3 times for a course of treatment, while the sick both bilateral hip treatment interval of 3 days in the control group therapy once a day;In the compare group six days a week therapy, rest one day, 21 times as a treatment course. Each group were treated for 1 courses. End of treatment effects were evaluated one week after the follow-up in three months. Observed before treatment, and patient pain visual analog scale(VAS), hip function score(Harris), the difference was three months after treatment, after treatment. For statistical analysis.Result: The study included 64 cases of tendons and stasis type of the osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head. In VAS score and hip score, through statistical analysis after treatment with that before treatment can relieve pain, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), prompted needle knife around the hip acupoints, hip joint cavity under reduced pressure and the corresponding muscle contracture release better pain relief. After the end of treatment, the treatment group were cured 9 cases(2 cases are bilateral hip joints), 19 cases(15 cases are bilateral hip joints) markedly effective, effective 3cases(bilateral hip joints), invalid 1 cases(bilateral hip joints), the total efficiency of 96.22%; control group, 4 cases were cured, 17 cases markedly effective(4 cases are bilateral hip joints), effective 9 cases(bilateral hip joints), invalid 2 cases(bilateral hip joints), the total efficiency 91.49%. There are two groups overall efficiency of the statistical analysis, the difference was not significant(P>0.05); compare the rates of the two groups was more analysis, the difference was significant(P <0.05); the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: Acupotomy release around the hip, hip joint cavity decompression and hip muscle contracture corresponding acupoints can release the faster, better relief channels stasis type hip pain caused by the Osteonecrosis of femoral head, of the hip joint function recovery to maintain better than the control group.
