Objective:Investigate the effect of Tongguan pill on IFN-? and NF-?B in rats'Oviduct tissue with salpingitc obstructive infertility, to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:84 SPF level Wistar fernal rats were selected in which 12 rats were randomly chosen as the normal group,12 rats as the sham operation group,and the others were inoculated mixed bacterium to copy the model.After making model successes, the remaining 50 rats were divided into the high dosage group, the middle dosage group, the lower dosage group, the model control group, the fukeqinajin capsule group for every 10 rats. The rats were given drugs by gavage once a day and for 20 days,on the 21 day, the rats were sacrificed to get fallopian tube tissues, The method of HE stain was used for observing tubal histomorphology changes,and the protein expression of IFN-??NF-?B in fallopian tube tissue was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results:1.The SOI rat model was reproduced successfully by direct inoculation with mixed bacteria.2.The expression of IFN-? and NF-?B protein in normal group was a certain amount of epithelial cells.3. Compared with the normal group, the sham operation group, model group of rat oviduct epithelial cells IFN-p, NF-?B positive expression was significantly increased (P<0.05). The middle dose Tongguan pill group fallopian tube epithelial cells IFN-?,NF-?B positive expression and Fuke Qianjin capsule group,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.756>0.05).The lower dose Tongguan pill group of the positive expression of IFN-?,NF-?B in epithelial cells of oviduct was significantly higher than that in middle dose group and high dose group, and the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).In the high dose group, the positive expression of IFN-?,NF-?B in epithelial cells was higher than that in the normal group and sham operation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. There was a positive correlation between the expression of IFN? and NF-KB(r=0.746, P<0.05).Conclusion:1. It is feasible to replicate the model of oviduct inflammatory obstructive infertility in rats by the mixed inoculation method.2. The pill can inhibit the high expression of IFN-?,NF-? B protein in the oviduct epithelial cells of SOI model rats, and enhance its antibacterial ability, and play the role of immune regulation.3. There was a positive correlation between the expression of IFN-? and NF-?B protein, inferred that the possible chanism of the drug for the treatment of SOI:by reducing the expression of IFN-?,inhibit the activation of NF-?B, relieve the inflammatory reaction, improve the damaged tissue help fallopian tube to recover the normal function.
