Objective:To probe the functional mechanism of the Tongguan soup and to instruct the clinical treatment by studying the effect on the changes of serum IL-6content changes and oviduct epithelial cells of bcl-2protein expression intensity of the rats with tubal inflammatory obstruction.Methods:180female Wistar rats as subjects.according to random arrangement table method,30Wistar female rats were allocated to normal group.Then the tubal inflammatory obstruction models were established by injecting the mixed bacteria. The left150Wistar female rats were randomly divided into5groups after being feeded for20days (except the25rats died after operation):model group (24rats),controlled group (25rats),high-dosage group (24rats),medium-dosage group and low-dosage group with24rats. The normal group and model group were both normal raise. the controlled group were treated with Xuefuzhuyu slice.the rats of the high-dosage group、medium-dosage group and low-dosage one were poured with various doses of Tongguan soup into stomach, Each group was divided into two time groups which were treated for15days and30days respectively before sacrifice.The Pathologic identification of the tubal tissue were done by HE staining, using immunohistochemical technical to detection of oviduct epithelial cells BCL-2protein expression,and the cytokines(IL-6) related to inflammation were determined in rats serum using ELISA kits.Results:1. The tubal inflammatory obstruction model was established by injecting the mixed bacteria.To confirm the model,the Pathologic identification of the tubal tissue were done by HE staining respectively after being model for5、10、20days. The models were successfully established, which was confirmed by the results of HE staining and macroscopic observation.2. Compared with the model group,the controlled group and the groups by Tongguan soup can improve the tubal morphology to varying degrees. The effect is particularly significant through the management of high-dose group3.Compared with the model group, the controlled group and the groups by Tongguan soup can improve the content of BCL-2. meanwhile increase pregnancy rates, Furthermore,the effects in the groups by Tongguan high-dose soup were superior to that in the group by Control group.4. Compared with the model group, the controlled group and the groups by Tongguan soup can reduce the content of IL-6,meanwhile increase pregnancy rates, Furthermore, the effects in the groups by Tongguan high-dose soup were superior to that in the group by Control group.5. Each groups were compared after being treated for15d and30d respectively:①ormal group, model group, low dose group and control group of BCL-2showed no significant difference (P>0.05);There is difference on the content of BCL-2in the groups by high-dosage group and medium-dosage group (P<0.01).②Normal group, model group, and control group of IL-6showed no significant difference (P>0.05); high-dosage group, medium-dosage group and low dose group of IL-6showed significant difference (P<0.01)Conclusion:①The tubal inflammatory obstruction model can be established successfully by injecting the mixed bacteria.②Tongguan soup can restrain the cell apoptosis, relieve hyperemia, edema, adherence and granuloma, and accelerate tissue repair.③By improving the expression of BCL-2protein, the Tongguan soup can anti-apoptosis.④The changes of the cytokinesIL-1are related to the development of the infertility with Chronic oviduct inflammatory obstructive.⑤The effect on the BCL-2and IL-6after being treated by Tongguan soup for30d is better than that for15d.
