Effect Of Tongguan Pill On The Expression Of TRIF And TNF-? Protein In The Oviduct Group Of SOI Rats

Objective: Investigate the effect of Tongguan pill on TRIF and TNF-? protein expression in rats' Oviduct tissue with alpingitc obstructive infertility, to provide basis for clinical using medicine.Methods: 84 SPF level Wistar femal rats were selected in which 12 rats were randomly chosen as the normal group,12 rats as the sham operation group,and the others were inoculated mixed bacterium to copy the model.After making model successed,the remaining 50 rats were divided into the high dosage group, the middle dosage group, the lower dosage group, the model control group, the fukeqinajin capsule group for every 10 rats. The rats were given drugs by gavage once a day and for 20 days,on the 21 day, the rats were sacrificed to get fallopian tube tissues, The method of HE stain was used for observing tubal histomorphology changes,and the protein expression of TRIF ?TNF-? in fallopian tube tissue was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results:(1)The SOI rat model was reproduced successfully by direct inoculation with mixed bacteria;(2)Compared with model control group, every dose group of Tongguan pill and Fukeqianjin capsule group can improve the morphology of fallopian tube in model rats differently;(3) The model control group had significantly higher expression of TRIF ?TNF-? in oviduct epithelial cells than the other groups(P<0.05). The high dosage Tongguan pill group had significantly lower expression of TRIF ?TNF-? in oviduct epithelial cells than the other groups(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the expression of TRIF ?TNF-? between the middle dosage Tongguan pill group?lower dosage Tongguan pill group and fukeqinajin capsule group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) It is feasible to prepare SOI rat model by direct inoculation with mixed bacteria;(2) Tongguan pill can regulate the TRIF ?TNF-? expression in oviduct epithelial cell, and the high dose Tongguan pill group was the best, illustrating this drug can achieve the purpose of eliminating inflammation. It is an effective pill in treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility.
