Clinical Study Of Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In Treatment Of Chronic Insomnia For Liver Depression Of The Fire

Objective:Study on chronic insomnia scalp acupuncture combined with body treatment, discussion of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in treatment of liver depression of the fire and chronic insomnia and the role of acupuncture in the treatment of scalp acupuncture compared to the traditional advantages, to find an effective treatment approach for the treatment of chronic insomnia.Methods:Using simple random method,60patients diagnosed with chronic insomnia were divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group, the treatment group treated by scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture treatment, the control group using the traditional body acupuncture treatment, treatment time40minutes, once a day,2weeks for a course of treatment, a total of2courses. The patient before and after treatment, respectively, Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) and the evaluation of liver depression of the fire syndrome scale score. All data were analyzed statistically using the computer software SPSS19.0.Results:This topic was included in60cases of patients, the treatment group30cases and control group30cases. Cases in treatment group and control group had no depigmentation, completed a total of60cases of as planned. Treatment group30cases of patients,0cases cured,2cases were markedly effective, effective26cases, ineffective in2cases, the total effective rate was93.33%; The control group,30cases of patients with0cases cured,0cases were markedly effective, effective15cases,15cases were invalid, the total effective rate was50.00%. The comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect, statistically significant difference(p<0.05). Illustrate the scalp acupuncture with body acupuncture for liver, fire type chronic insomnia efficient is superior to the traditional acupuncture group; Pittsburgh sleep the two groups after treatment index scale score comparison, by t test, the difference statistically significant (p<0.05), indicating that the treatment group to improve sleep quality is better than the control group; Symptom score after treatment, two groups of liver fire, by t test, has significant difference (p<0.05), indicating that the treatment group to improve liver fire type chronic insomnia is better than that of control group.Conclusion:1. Scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture treatment of chronic insomniacs efficacy can significantly improve patients’ sleep;2. Scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture treatment of chronic insomnia patients can significantly improve clinical symptoms stagnation of the fire;3. Compared with the traditional acupuncture group, scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture combined with the treatment of chronic insomnia has some advantages.
