The results showed that the positive expression rate of the sorted cells was 98% or so, and it had good in vitro proliferation.2.The isolation system of mouse embryonic prostate UGSM cells was successfully constructed, and the LSC positive cells were mixed and transplanted;The establishment of the C57BL/6 rat UGSM stem cell transplantation and separation system.
