Objective:To investigate the effect of musk and olibanum on the tight junction associated protein Claudin-1, Claudin-3,Occludin%Zo-1expression in prostatic epithelial cells of chronic non bacterial prostatitis model rats.Methods:80four months male SD rats were randomly divided into8groups:The normal group of musk and olibanum, musk, olibanum,and the model groups of musk and olibanum, musk, olibanum. CNBP models were established by injecting Scpurified prostate protein solution and Freund’s complete adjuvant. At60days after modeling,the CNBP model control and normal control rats were treated with normal saline, and the other two groups respectively with musk0%021g per kg per d,olibanum1.05g per kg per d.After3days of continuous intragastric medication,Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of tight junction associated protein Claudin-1,Claudin-3in prostatic epithelial cells of chronic prostatitis in ratsResults:1、HE staining results:The prostate gland epithelial hyperplasia, thickening of glands, uneven lumens epithelial hyperplasia, the surrounding onnective tissue hyperplasia, basal membrane damage, inflammatory cells infiltration concretions within the glandular lumens When the prostate gland inflammation.2、Immunohistochemical results:2.1、Prostate tissue of rats, Claudin1expression levels rise, and compatibility with musk, frankincense, can cut Claudin1expression when the prostate gland inflammation.2.2、Prostate tissue of rats, the Claudin-3expression levels and there has no obvious change, while using musk or balm can raise Claudin-3expression levels when the prostate gland inflammation.2.3、In rats Prostatitis model, Occludin expression in rat prostate tissue has no obvious rise, while using musk or frankincense, can cut prostate tissue Occludin expression. 2.4%In rats Prostatitis model, the level of prostate tissue of rats ZO-1increased after dealing with the frankincense, and using musk compatibility frankincense can cut ZO1expression level.Conclusion:1. Musk compatibility with frankincense can reduce the expression of Occludin and Claudin1in chronic prostatitis model rats. Musk compatibility with frankincense regulation and selectively TJ related proteins targeted, not only show, the physiological/pathological condition of different adjustment modes, but also of collaborativiation Claudin1expression.2.This experiment provide certain theoretical basis for evaluating the effect of Musk compatibility with frankincense on promoting prostate epithelial tissue structure repair and the hypothesis which says removing stasis turbidity and growing new.
