Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined with adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)in children,to analyze the changes of relevant clinical indicators to measure the therapeutic effect of HFMD,to explore the changes of relevant clinical indicators to evaluate the prognosis of HFMD,and to provide individualized drug delivery regimens to promote rational drug use.Methods:Ninety cases of HFMD children admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the random number blind method,they were divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The children in the control group were treated with Xiyanping,and the children in the observation group were treated with adenosine monophosphate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,myocardial enzyme spectrum,troponin(cTnI),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),inflammatory factor interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)levels of the two groups were compared.At the same time,the prognostic effect of all children was evaluated,and the above data were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the antipyretic,herpes scab,healing and discharge time of oral ulcer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.78vs84.44)%,(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in myocardial enzyme profile[?-hydroxybutyrate oxygenase(?-HBDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK)],cTnI,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-? levels between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the decrease level of children in the observation group was close to that of normal children.Conclusion:Myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI,hs-CRP and inflammatory factors can effectively evaluate HFMD,which has high clinical value.Compared with Xiyanping,Xiyanping combined with adenosine monophosphate has better efficacy in HFMD,while myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI,hs-crp and levels of inflammatory factors can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HFMD,which can be used as an evaluation index for the prognosis of HFMD,and help clinicians to determine the individualized drug administration plan to achieve the purpose of rational drug use.
