Xiang A2 Granules Improve The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Liver Qi Qi Stagnation And Fire-fighting HIV/AIDS Patients

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiang A2 granule in improving liver qi stagnation of yin xu huo wang type drug quality of life and clinical efficacy of AIDS patients,to investigate the Xiang A2 granule in the treatment of AIDS drugs with safety and effectiveness.Methods:50 cases of drug AIDS(liver stagnation of yin xu huo wan g type)patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each group.The experimental group(group A)to Xiang A2 granule and HAART;the control group(B group)to Xiang A2 granule placebo plus HAART;treatment of 3 months for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses.To observe the signs and symptoms of patients before and after treatment after treatment by integral,quality of life,viral load and immune index(CD4+T cells)curative effect an alysis.Results:1.Symptom and sign score:both of two group can effectively improve the symptoms and the quality of life(P? 0.03),The experimental group(group A)was significantly better than the control group(group B)(P < 0.05).2.quality of life:both of two group can effectively improve the sympto ms and the quality of life(P? 0.04),The experimental group(group A)was significantly better than the control group(group B)(P < 0.05).3.Viral load:The experimental group(group A)and control group(group B)before and after the treatment of viral load decreased significantly(P < 0.02);the comparison between the two groups was not stati stically significant.4.Immune index(CD4+T cell count): experimental group(group A)an d control group(group B)before and after treatment,the immune index decreased.Conclusion: Xiang A2 particles can improve the liver qi stagnation of yin xuhuowang type drug signs and symptoms of AIDS patients,impr ove the quality of life of patients with AIDS drugs;Xiang A2 granule s for liver qi stagnation of yin xu huo wang type drug immune functi on in AIDS patients with stable and protective effect,will not affect the antiviral drugs to inhibit HIV virus replication in patients with AI DS the safety,clinical application,no obvious adverse reactions.
