| Objective:Objective To investigate the effects of Yupingfeng Powder combined with HAART on the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2 and IFN-γin HIV/AIDS patients with lung Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:In this study,50 patients with HIV/AIDS with pneumoqi-deficiency syndrome were selected from Yiyang Fourth People’s Hospital from February 2022 to August 2022.They were divided into two groups by random number table,including 26 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group.The HAART treatment regiments of both groups were Zidovudine+lamivudine+efavirenz,Yupingfeng Powder+HAART treatment in the treatment group,Yupingfeng powder simulation agent+HAART treatment in the control group.The treatment course was 6 months.The CD4~+T lymphocyte count,viral load,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2and IFN-γlevels of the two groups were detected before and after treatment,and the scores of symptoms and signs,quality of life and safety indexes of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and the data were compared by SPSS software.Results:1.In this study,there were 4 cases of shedding in the treatment group;In control group,2 cases fell off.44 cases were actually completed,including 22 cases in the treatment group and 22 cases in the control group.2.The number of CD4~+T lymphocytes in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there were significant differences in the number of CD4~+T lymphocytes between the two groups after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The complete inhibition rate of virus in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in virus complete inhibition rate between the two groups(P<0.05).4.TNF-αdecreased after treatment between treatment group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);IL-2 and IFN-γin treatment group and control group were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in IL-1βbetween the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),and no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.There were significant differences in symptom and sign scores and quality of life between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05)6.There were no significant abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function safety indexes before and after treatment in 2 groups(P>0.05),basically fluctuated within the normal range,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with HAART alone,Yupingfeng Powder combined with HAART can improve the level of CD4~+T lymphocytes in HIV patients.Yupingfeng powder can help improve immune reconstruction in HIV patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome,improve viral load inhibition rate and inhibit viral replication.Yupingfeng Powder has a positive effect on improving the clinical symptoms of HIV patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and there is no obvious toxic and side effects in the process of use,with high safety.Yupingfeng Powder has significant clinical efficacy in treating HIV patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome,and its mechanism may be related to reducing the level of TNF-α,reducing inflammation,increasing the level of IL-2 and IFN-γ,improving the function of immune conditions,promoting immune reconstruction,and inhibiting the replication of HIV virus. |
