A Clinical Observation Of The Manual Milk Curative Effect On Acute Mastitis Caused By Milk Siltation

Objective:Evaluating the clinical effect of manual milk treating RuYong (type of stagnation) by clinical observation.Method:120suitable cases were selected. According to the control method and visiting sequence, theses cases were randomly divided into60cases of the treatment group and60cases of the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with manual milk, while patients in the control group were treated with Chinese herbs called Gualouniubangtang. The two groups both were treated with Xiaoyugao (ex.) and the efficacy was observed after7days’treatment.Results:1. The two groups for the main symptoms and signs integral comparison, no significant statistical significance (P>0.05), two groups of comparable.2. The treatment group main symptoms and signs of integral compared before and after treatment, statistically significant (P<0.05), shows that the treatment group technique can significantly improve patients with breast row of symptoms and signs; The control group main symptoms and signs of integral compared before and after treatment, statistically significant (P0.05), shows that the control group oral melon soup can also trichosanthis burdock significantly improve patients with symptoms and signs; Between the two groups after treatment, the main symptoms and signs integral comparison, statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group improve patients’symptoms and signs of curative effect than those in the control group.3. The total effective rate was95%in treatment group and control group in the total effective rate was86.67%.Predictably, the tactics to significantly improve patients with breast row of symptoms and signs, significantly less than the control group treatment, the overall effect is better than the control group. The statistics processing P<0.05, with significant differences, shows that the treatment group than in control group total curative effect.Conclusion:1. Combined use of manual milk and xiaoyugao(ex.) treating ruyong(type of qi stagnation and heat obstruct) has notable clinical effect, which can improve the early mastitis milk from impeded, the unbearable swelling pain, lump and reddish in color. Manual milk treating early acute mastitis has the benefit of high efficiency, short course of treatment, safe use, low cost, no side effect, simple practice and easy to learn, which is worthy of popularization and application.
