HP infection in patients with chronic gastric diseases, including 176 cases of male, female 190 cases, male to female ratio 1:1.07? 2. In patients with chronic gastropathy HP infection in all age composition ratio are significantly different(P < 0.01), which in the elderly(46-65 years old) 245 people, accounted for 57.9%. 3. There is significant difference between the constituent ratio of HP infection and chronic gastropathy segments of course(P < 0.01), the course of > 10 years accounted for 40.4% of patients.4. In patients with chronic gastropathy HP infection in smoking, drinking are significantly different(P < 0.01) 5. All kinds of tongue color, tongue in patients with chronic gastropathy HP infection of the constituent ratio of significant difference(P < 0.01), in which the red tongue or dark red tongue(40.8%);(including yellow greasy greasy fur and white greasy), accounting for 66.7%. 6. There were significant differences in the constituent ratio of different TCM syndromes in patients with chronic gastropathy of HP infection(P < 0.01), one of the most(34.4%) of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome. All the results for diagnosis of HP infection in patients with chronic gastric diseases under endoscope in the constituent ratio of a significant difference(P < 0.01), followed by non atrophic gastritis(34.5%), duodenal ulcer(22.5%), atrophic gastritis(15.4%), gastric ulcer(10.9%) > compound ulcer(2.8%), the other(0.5%). Chronic gastritis see disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome(77 cases), duodenal ulcer of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome more common(47 cases); endoscopic diagnosis results in no significant difference in each course.Conclusion: 1. HP infected chronic gastric disease showed no gender differences.2. Chronic stomach disease course is long, the greater the probability of HP infection. 3. The infection rate of HP in chronic gastropathy increased with age. 4.Smoking, drinking is a risk factor for chronic gastric HP infection 5. HP infection in chronic gastropathy with red or dark red tongue, greasy moss most. 6. TCM syndrome type HP infection is common chronic gastropathy is spleen stomach damp heat syndrome and syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, different gender, course length, the presence of risk factors, coating on the tongue, the tongue color and syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine has certain correlation. 7. Endoscopic examination of HP infection of chronic gastropathy results, chronic gastritis than peptic ulcer; non atrophic gastritis than in atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer than. And the correlation between the results of endoscopy and the course of disease and syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine is not very significant.
