| Purpose:Through observation of curative effect index of blade needle therapy on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ankylosing spondylitis lumbago, provide the basis for therapy in treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ankylosing spondylitis lumbago, to improve patients with lower back pain symptoms to provide safe and effective, economical treatment.Material and method:This research through to January 2014 to 2015 February Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Department of rheumatology outpatient medical records of acquisition and analysis, and the use of randomized, controlled and prospective research methods, the ASAS20 evaluation criteria, BASDAI50 evaluation criteria and combined with multidimensional effect assessment of TCM syndromes evaluation, quality of life evaluation system, knife needle treatment with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Lesong) treatment kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ankylosing spondylitis lumbago curative effect and advantage. This study summarized 80 cases, according to the principle of randomized control divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group of patients with Lesong for 2 weeks,60mg,3/day. After two weeks of basic treatment, the needle knife treatment group:stop the Le song, the patients with needle knife treatment; Le control group:continue to take Le song 60mg, 3 times/day. After 2 weeks, the end of the experiment was observed. The treatment course was 4 weeks, and the evaluation points were 0,2,4 weeks (i.e. before treatment, after treatment interval and after treatment). To evaluate the efficacy of the needle knife needle in the treatment of the difference between the treatment group and the control group.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, the knife needle treatment group reached the ASAS20 proportion is 37.5%, higher than the Lesong 30.0% in the control group, the knife needle treatment group reached BASDAI50 ratio was 15.0%, higher than the Lesong 10.0% in the control group (P>0.05). Two groups of BASDAI score, BASFI scores, spinal pain VAS score, night pain score, patient global assessment (PGA) etc. efficacy index, after 2 weeks of treatment with before treatment comparison and after treatment and before treatment compared differences were significant (P<0.01). The activity of the disease, the difference between the two groups after 2 weeks treatment with the difference before treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05), compared with the treatment before the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In general, the efficacy of the needle knife treatment group was better than that of the control group.According to the results of TCM syndrome integral, knife needle treatment group, the total effective rate was 67.5%, while the Lesong in the control group, the total effective rate was 40.0%, knife needle treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the Lesong control group and the statistical analysis, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). In each group there are symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation showed that the knife needle treatment group and Lesong control group lumbosacral pain score, the total effective rate was 95.0% and 45.0%; lumbar spinal activity limitation score total effective rate was 67.5% and 32.5%, total effective rate of morning stiffness score were 37.5% and 35.0%; pain night what score were 70.0%,60.0% total efficiency. Waist sacral pain, lumbar spine activity limited, morning stiffness, pain, night what total efficiency and blade needle treatment group were better than Lesong control group. The pain of lumbar sacral part and the activity of lumbar spinal cord were limited, and the needle acupuncture treatment group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .01).In the course of the study, the knife needle treatment group with 2 patients in the parts of the local skin irritation, Lesong the control group 2 cases appeared abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, symptoms, leg edema occurred in 2 cases. The adverse reaction rate of the needle knife treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no abnormal in the two groups of patients with vital signs and physical examination before and after treatment.Conclusion:Edge needle for treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of ankylosing spondylitis lumbago clinical curative effect is exact, ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index, waist pain symptoms can significantly improve, clinical curative effect is better than that of Lesong and compared Lesong more safety and less side effects, it is worth further clinical promotion and verification. |
